Their team called very quickly after being called by our insurance company and let us know when they would be at our house that day. They were very professional, friendly, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. A representative kept in touch with us all weekend and came out numerous times to check on the equipment drying out our bathroom. We could not have been more impressed or happy with their service during a very stressful time. Great company!!!!!

We had major water damage in our kitchen, living room, dinning and garage. The company was very responsible. They answered all of our questions and called with updates as needed. There were no surprises. Service was quick!

I would give them an A+ for their work. They were punctual, followed up and checked in, super friendly etc. They always talked you through the process and what was going on and the next steps. They never left you hanging. In a time of chaos they really made you feel taken care of. I would highly recommend their services!

Excellent. They were prompt, professional. Removed lower section of drywall on walls as well as insulation that had been wet. Brought in fans and dehumidifiers and within 4 days had the area dry. Very pleased.

They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. They got right down to work and deployed all the drying equipment. This saved my relatively new carpeting and prevented the damage from spreading. Rebecca and her team were fantastic!

They were great. They came right away despite it being a very busy time of year. They set up the asbestos testing (they do not do this themselves but refer out) and connected me with the company so I could easily schedule a time for them to come out and test.

The technicians that came to our house were well experienced and were able to resolve the issue quickly. They showed professionalism and were always punctual. You can imagine that removing a section of drywall could be a very dusty and dirty job to have done in my master bedroom but extreme care was taken to keep any debris from getting on furmiture. Once the job was finished they took time to clean up after themselves. I give them an A rating.

The guys from Craftech showed up about half an hour after my insurance adjuster first called them. This is a phenomenal response time, and their promptness probably played a big part in saving my old, high-quality wood floor. They set up all sorts of drying equipment on all three levels of my house, and they quickly removed the soaked rug. They left the drying equipment for several days, coming by each day to check the level of moisture. Only when it reached an acceptable level did they pack up their equipment. I was extremely pleased with their level of competence, but I was equally impressed by how friendly and informative they were. I was extremely pleased from start to finish!

I contacted Craftech and they promptly came to the house to start drying process. They were professional, easy to deal with and knowledgeable. We discovered water damage in our ceiling and wall and contacted Craftech to come and take a look. They were extremely helpful on the phone in discussing what the possible issue could be and dispatching a team to take a look. They showed up promptly, confirmed the issue and were helpful in determining next steps. A+ all around.

The did a great job. Great advice, timely, very responsive, discouraged us from doing unnecessary work that would have cost us more. I couldn't have been happier.

All insulation had to be removed & entire ceiling/roof line needed to be treated.

They were there for one week and did a great job so that the contractors could come in and repair the damage.

The entire team was extremely responsive. We had a second floor tub overflow and the water leaked to the first floor and basement garage. They were at the house first thing in the morning the day after our insurance agent contacted them. They quickly identified the steps that needed to be taken and set up all of the equipment in all areas. The team checked the house daily and worked with our schedules. They communicated when they would be at the house and how long it would take. Once all impacted areas were dry and they removed the equipment they cleaned all areas. We were extremely happy with their work and how understanding they were. If needed, we would not think twice about using Craftech again.

It went better than expected. I got a call from them to set up an appointment before my insurance company even left my house. They came out right away.. They were friendly and professional, explaining everything to me. They told me exactly what was going on and what needed to happen to fix the situation. They made the whole process a breeze.. Everyone of the guys that came to my house in the three days they were here were so friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone. They were beyond great! Craftech was excellent. Craftech was recommended to me by a plasterer, who complained that many demo companies left a mess for him to deal with, but said that Craftech always did a great job, making his follow-on plastering work that much easier. Craftech responded to my request for a quote promptly and got me a thorough detailed quote within a day or two. This was much, much more responsive than other demo companies that I contacted. Craftech came on time, with a large crew of 5, and got the work done in less than 1/2 of the time that they originally estimated (< 1 day, instead of 2 days scheduled). They worked hard and methodically. They took care to limit the effect of their demo work, which was orderly and neat. Craftech adjusted the final bill down from the original quote, since the scope of the water damage proved to be less than they had originally estimated. The final bill was about 75% of the original estimate!

They came in when we had water damage and they were great. They came and did the one thing that we ask them to do and they did not make a mess.

Craftech did a fantastic job. Brian managed all the activities for us. He responded immediately and kept us informed every step of the way. They managed all the communications with our insurance company (and the insurance company is absolutely not responsive). The drying equipment was running for about a week and Craftech came pretty much daily to monitor the situation. There was a lot of demolition work to do, and they were remarkably careful to clean up after their work. It is interesting that other people I know who used different companies had to arrange the demolition work on their own, thus dragging out the whole process. Nobody wants to go through this process, but I would definitely recommend calling Craftech first. My personal thanks to Brian, as well as the whole Craftech team.
