CraftTech did a great job for us. They assessed the damage immediately, had a crew on site the next day to install dehumidifiers, moved belongings as needed, removed all wet flooring, drywall and insulation. Both Scott and Jake answered the phone every time I called and answered all of my questions throughout the process. And they worked directly with our insurance company as well.

Excellent. They came out that very day got rid of all of the wet carpet and set all of the fans and dehumidifiers in place. Came every single day to check on the progress until all was dry enough to remove. Very happy with this service

This company came highly recommended to me and I can see why. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did an amazing job. This was an insurance claim and they direct billed my insurance company. They made a horrible situation easier for me.

They showed up very quickly. Taking out a cabinet, they ripped up a piece of the subflooring that I had to pay to have patched by a contractor and I just learned that the flooring co. is charging me another extra fee to get it right to put new flooring over. It turned out to be more additional charges that I have to pay for. It was probably just from the way the cabinet was attached to the floor but not happy I have to pay the extra $ to correct the issue.

Absolutely wonderful!! Staff was pleasant and friendly. Came daily to check on fans to make sure floors were drying. Did not remove anything until floors were completely dry.

It went great, I had such a hard time finding any contractor available or anyone that would take on a small job. I called them out and they were responsive, came out accessed the damage and scheduled to take down walls and set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry out wood. They were polite, friendly and informative. They also helped me move my furniture out of the rooms into a POD. I would highly recommend them.

These people are great!! They came to start the one-week process of cleaning up after the water damage within 3 hours of when they were called by our insurance company. They showed up with state-of-the-art fans and moisture testing and removal equipment. And just as important, they were highly professional, courteous, caring and knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable and eased the pain of the situation considerably. We highly recommend them for excellence in service and knowledge. They are a 5-star company. We don't normally write reviews but in this case we absolutely wanted to.

They worked quickly and efficiently to move things and clean up the water, prepared the space with their equipment and came back to check on the level of dampness each day. They did a great job.

Craftech cleaned up water damage from an ice dam issue. They were quick to respond and did very good and thorough work. The removed a small section of drywall, pulled up carpeting, and removed insulation. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and checked on the progress daily. They were also always very happy to answer all of my questions. $1089

Craftech cleaned up mold found on the ceiling of my attic. They removed all insulation, sealed up the area, and washed it all down with a special solution. They were punctual and thorough and did nice work.

The insurance company paid them directly so I'm unsure of the cost of their services.

It went very well. Everything dried off within a 3 day period during which they would come daily to check on the humidity levels and document the drying process to insure the proper payout. They were extremely professional, conscientious about keeping our house clean (using foot covers) and punctual. They were most efficient during their visits. overall we could not have asked for better and we would recommend them 100%.

Response to our problem was excellent. Crew assessed the situation and rapidly got to work. Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Came back next day to check the drying progress and again on the third day, when machines were removed. We couldn't have asked for a better solution to our problem.

They opened the wall and found the leak quickly allowing my plumber to get it repaired soon. They carefully took out water damaged area and dried the room as quick as possible, following up professionally and worked with insurance to get everything resolved.

The job took 6 days, due to extensive water damage. This company was super nice, professional, and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone. Not really sure of pricing because this went through our insurance company.

The experience was excellent. Scott and his team were always on time and very professional. Any time we had questions they always answered the phone and helped us every way they could. When they were all done removing the damage they made sure the job site was left cleaned up and removed all debris.
