Wow! If only every experience with a home contractor could be this smooth! When I called and explained my problem, Scott explained the process and provided a realistic estimate of when a crew could come out. The crew arrived ontime (Chris and another guy whose name I wish I could remember), immediately took some measurements, and explained their approach based on the data collected. They provided updates as they progressed and collected information required for the insurance company. In the end, they removed drywall, insulation, and flooring from one room and drywall from a second. A dehumidifier and blowers were left in the room that still was wet and they set up a time the next day to check that it was drying out properly. The demo was done neatly, as was cleanup. After confirming that everything had dried properly, the dehumidifier and blowers were removed. Of course we all hope to not need to call a water damage company, but I would definitely recommend Craftech should the need arise.

I was covered under an insurance claim so, I did not have to pay anything. They were very thorough and they charged me to move a dryer out of the room but, they did not put it back. They did what they said they would. I think that they did a good job. I would use them again.

Spencer and Chris conducted themselves and performed their work very professionally, and so did Christina and her cleaning crew. They arrived on time, did their work, and left. They cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to approach, converse, and work with. They made sure I was satisfied with their work. When Spencer heard I needed an electrician on short notice, he contacted somebody he knew, and the electrician arrived within an hour. Spencer seemed to have a good working relationship with the insurance adjuster. Craftech Restoration was easy to work with to set up appointments.

I have an approximately 1000-1200 sq ft basement. Floors are still concrete but exterior walls were framed, insulated and drywalled - otherwise, the basement is wide open. A recent rainstorm end of March/beginning of April caused my basement to flood with 4 inches of water across the entire floor. Luckily, the floor was only concrete and the entire basement is wide open (only used for storage) with no interior wall framing. I was able to remove all the water but had concerns about mold growing behind the walls where I could not get to it to dry out so rather than risk the chance of growing mold, I called Craftech for some remediation work. The quote will cost you but if you choose crafttech, the estimate is just subtracted from the price they quote you. I was able to get a quote the same day I called them and was also able to get them to start and complete the work the very next day. Sent 3 persons to remove drywall - 2 feet up from floor - remove insulation behind the 2 feet - removed all debris - sprayed exposed framing with "scrubber" for mold/disinefectant and removed all trash from site. They also left the area they did work on absolutely spotless - This is BIG - so many contractors will do work and leave the place a mess where they worked - NOT Craftech. I would recommend them based on my experience with basement flooding remediation. On-time, professional, price is fair and reasonable and they left the area clean and ready for whatever you have in store next. Nice job Spencer and crew.

Our office was flooded when a sprinkler head froze and broke. Craftech sent out 2 trucks and 4 workers within hours of us calling them. The workers were all extremely professional and courteous. They moved all the furnishings to extract the water and set up all their equipment in just a few hours. They checked the progress and made adjustments as needed each day. When the job was complete they stayed and put all furniture back where it was and vacuumed throughout.
