From the first phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate, to the estimate, and finally the work performed everything was outstanding. He (Phil) arrived exactly when he said he would and the window period of the appointment was great....just two hours opposed to some companies that it is either all morning or all afternoon.

I have used this company many times. I pay attention to detail and so do they. They are happy to give you information on their procedures. I like that they have a "800" number that you can call anytime and leave a message. The office staff is pleasant to deal with.

Technician arrived on time, remeasured to make sure you only pay for area cleaned (excluding immovable objects). Worked conscientiously (no ear buds, etc.) and carefully to avoid moldings and trim. Protected carpet from furniture stain with plastic pads. Their technique using a carbonated water formulation leaves no chemical smell or residue. Received follow-up call to see if I was satisfied. Referred company for my father's condo.

I have used them in the past to clean the carpets in my house. I like the drapery service they provide because I don t have to take the drapes down and put them back up. They have always done a good job and showed up when they said they would.

Excellent job, very through, they even removed a rubber cement stain! A little pricey, but I'll call them next time I need carpet or upholstered furniture cleaned.

Carpet and stairs were cleaned in an efficient and thorough manner. I even asked that they call when in route to my home. My husband couldn't believe how great it came out- looked like new! I had been quoted a price before I booked the service and received 15% off due to a coupon. When the 2 gentlemen arrived they extended me 20% off since I had entirely cleaned out the room of all items! They were incredibly professional and respectful of my home and floors. They picked up all area rugs in their path and used protection for moulding corners. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
