They did an amazing job on carpeting that is 14 years old on our stairs. They look like brand new and even were able to remove some stains we didn’t think would come out from our basement carpeting.

Rugs were 13 and 10 years old. Both rooms had various spots and stains (unidentifiable sources and dates....LOL). I cleared out EVERYTHING in each room (except the beds) the night before. Beds were removed in the morning. Joe came and did an excellent job....all spots and stains came up. Rugs look brand new. Great service but don't expect help with furniture removal or replacement (rugs took a good 4 to 5 hours to dry).

Excellent! Phil Lambert did a phenomenal job. I had low expectations because the carpets were so bad and he made them like new again. I was ecstatic and even my clients noticed how much cleaner they were!

The carpet looked fine for about two days, but it was an illusion. The carpet was fluffed up from the cleaning process and when it went back to normal, it didn't look any different than before it was "cleaned."

They picked up and cleaned my rug offsite. They returned it two weeks later (after I called to get it back) and it smelled horrible! It was really, really bad. It smelled like a combination of vomit and mold. I tried to ignore it, but I called back a week later and asked them to clean it again. They did and returned it two weeks later (after I called several times), but the bad smell was only mostly gone and a chemical-like smell dominated. Plus, one edge of the rug was crusty for whatever reason. I wouldn't recommend this place, as the work was sub-par.

The Colonial Chem-Dry technician phoned ahead of arrival, measured all rooms, explained all options and quoted a price which was less than the initial estimate. He moved the remaining heavy furniture as required and paid particular attention to the stains. These never cleaned eight year old carpets now look like new. Highly recommended.

Everything went well from start to finish. The project was explained at the outset and proceeded in a timely manner. The carpets looked much better after a good cleaning and the dogs were able to be back on them in a couple of hours. I moved the furniture back the next day and I'm pleased with the result.

The workman and job was handled professionally and on time. The coupon we used was for three rooms. The promo coupon was limited to 150 sf per room which was not disclosed or not seen and there was a price adjustment due to room size Still, the amount paid was fine because we were able to get the job completed within two days.

The serviceman was incredibly professional, accommodating, and thorough. They completely removed all the odor and saved our year-old carpet. They also followed up to make sure all was completed to our satisfaction. It was a little pricey, but also a tough job. Overall it was worth it- a fair price for high quality service.

I don't believe they did a good job at all. They used chemicals to clean the carpets. I got them through Angie's List. They used a dry chemical they put on the carpeting. The washed it up with some water. They didn't clean in my mop boards and they didn't clean in my bed. They didn't move any furniture if I haven't moved it. The man was pleasant and polite. I didn't notice it right away. Within two months, the stains appeared again.

A 2-man team, Phil and Alex, arrived on time on a rainy day and created an immediate positive impression by wiping their feet on a fluffy kind of pillow they brought inside. They measured the 3 rooms with a laser device (they exclude unmovable objects) and calculated a price so you know in advance if your rooms exceed the special pricing limits. They got right to work using a carbonated water formulation that leaves no chemical smell or residue and protected the furniture (which they moved) from staining carpet by placing small, temporary plastic shields. Completed in about 1 1/2 hours.

Outstanding. Nick arrived on time at 12 noon and began by measuring each room with a laser, explained all of Chem-Dry's offerings and once I chose the services I needed, Nick B when right to work. He explained everything before each room was serviced, moved furniture, appeared to thoroughly clean and sanitize each area and replaced all the furniture and set them on pads. I was impressed with Nick's professionalism and high work ethic. I will certainly call Chem-Dry again and specifically ask for Nick to return for another room and mattress cleaning in the near future. Although I'm not a creative writer, I do want to compliment Nick and the entire Chem-Dry team for a job well done (and at a very fair price). I certainly appreciated the online specials and coupons too! The house still smells like lemons! I hope it lasts!

It went very well. Nick arrived on time, measured all the rooms which needed cleaning, set up his equipment once the paperwork was completed. They do try to up-sell but I expected that..it's pretty normal in most service industries with a menu of options. Once I explained what I wanted, he went to work immediately. I will hire this company again to clean mattresses and one other large room.
