the service is very good in terms of working with you for scheduling. office folks are helpful and friendly when you call. the summary sheets they leave let you know service was performed and also give great tips on the status of the lawn and how to handle for the upcoming weeks. would highly recommend this service.

I do not know how much they charged me for their service, because I have a big contract with them for lawn seating and treatment. It adds up quite bit, but I could not tell you of it. They get careless at times. Sometimes, my lawn has a burnt spot where maybe some of the chemicals dropped. In fact, today I can look out and see a nice circle that was burnt so they do get careless at times, but I have used them for many years so I do not plan on changing them right now. I do not like to make phone calls. I usually send them an email, and they are not that prompt but not bad.

Turff Unlimited came out on time flagged the locations of the sprinkler heads and reviewed with me all the locations and zones.The installers came through with a machine to install the water lines with minimal destruction to the lawn.They demonstrated the timer and adjusted the spray patterns of the sprinkler heads. They did an great job.

Office staff (appt setters) were lovely. Service Tech was timely, courteous and professional. He was able to do the work in a reasonable time, charging for only 10 minutes (+ material) beyond the minimum visit cost. Not a bargain (hence not an "A") but not unreasonable.

They did a pretty good job. I don't have any complaints. They provide the best service.

The Turf Unlimited crew arrived on time, they introduced themselves and then went about their work installing the new heads and moving a couple of the existing heads. They completed the installation, raked the grass, seeded the areas that had been dug up and along the the path of the new pipes. Then they adjusted the new heads and checked the adjustment of the old heads. They cleaned up everything and you would never even know that they had been there.

From first contact to install it could not have gone any better. I had a new home (with no lawn) and was dragging manual sprinklers around, the soonest they could get the job done as after a week of vacation (late July 2010), I explained the situation and they got to me sooner so that I could water the weeds :) while away on vacation. This is the second property I used Turf on, so they are really really good.

They couldn't come on the day scheduled because of power outage after snow storm. They responded to my message right after power was restored and came as soon as they could. Price is fair and job was done professionally.

They just did a very good job. They were prompt. They came here and spent the time to find out what wasn’t working. Then they just came in did the job.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Starting from the first phone call, which was professionally answered, they've been a pleasure to work with. When I made the estimate appointment, Stephen Evans (who I believe is the owner) came out promptly and did a rough assessment on the property and we talked about what I wanted to get out of it. Then he listed some of the options and his opinion on how to get the job done. We made a decision on how to proceed, and he quoted me a price that I thought was very fair for what he said would be a whole day's work for a crew of five or six. Over the next few days, Turf Unlimited called Dig Safe, who came out and marked where all of the underground utilities are. Then they came out and spent almost a full day (in scorching hot weather) digging in the yard and installing the equipment. All of the people that were working on the system were very friendly and courteous, and paid great detail to making sure that every piece of landscaping (flowers, rock elements, etc) went back right where it belonged. Once the sprinkler system was in, we followed up with treatments for the lawn for the rest of the summer. They did a great job, and the lawn really greened up. Overall, I could tell that they were very focused on my satisfaction. They didn't want final payment until I was happy - which was a huge shock to me. The way that Mr. Evans runs his business is a real pleasure to work with. I've already renewed with him for lawn treatments this year.
