They are good. They are a little high. I am on a regular contract with them. They are good about calling me when they need to come out and do the work. They are on top of things. They left the area clean.

The work was done quickly and the technician was very pleasant and professional. My only beef was with scheduling. Someone left a message on my voicemail with an arrival the next day. I wasn't around to listen to the message so it was lucky that I was home when he arrived since I was supposed to be away that day. Otherwise the service was great.

We like them very much. I would recommend them if you don’t want them to do the chemical yourself.

Fantastic, these guys came out to do the quote, gave the impression that they knew what they were doing, and talking about, and fulfilled that expectation. Estimate was very competitive, and they were available within a couple weeks (some several months out). The guys that did the work did an awesome job, it has only been a week and a couple of days and most of the lines in the yard are hardly noticeable. I would recommend them to anyone. I know my yard was not the easiest design shape either, however, there isn't a spot that isn't covered. Just fantastic and I thought the best way to thank them was to leave it here since this is where I found them.

They showed up on time and did a detailed job of installing the new irrigation system and were careful not to disrupt plants. The work was done efficiently and per the schedule. We are extremely happy with the results. We had them come back in October to winterize the system and that was seamless as well. Steve and his team came out 1/2 hour before schedule and had everything setup and ready to go. Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend Turf Unlimited for your lawn care needs and irrigation install. I had a complete irrigation install and it only took them about 6 hours. They showed me how to use it and were very patient with the questions that I had. I can't wait for my beautiful lawn this summer.

They are Great! They eased my concerns on getting a newly spray seeded lawn up and going. They came back a few extra times at no cost to me to stamp out weeds and crab grass due to late seeding. By end of the year my 1 acre lawn was looking green and plush. Could not ask for better service and responsiveness. Their online account management is a breeze to use also.

I have used them for the past 2 seasons. Your phone calls are answered by very pleasant and efficient staff. Program is up front, no frills and you can pay as you go. You are kept up to date with services provided with detailed written messages and recommendations to follow until the next service. If there is a problem there is an explanation about the plan to resolve it. Payments can be made online which is very convenient. There is information available to let you know what other services they provide but there is never a hard sell or pressure to add services.

They came out and repaired my sprinkler system and got it back up and running quite well. It is substantially old and they were able to service it quickly and effectively.

Everyone at Turf Unlimited, from the customer service folks on the other end of the phone to the technicians who actually come out to your yard, are incredibly professional and helpful. They will go out of their way to explain what they will be doing and why they are doing it. The services do cost more than the generic lawn companies, but you get what you pay for.

Turf Unlimited came to our condo association to provide a free estimate to install irrigation to cover the front lawn area and drip system to water bushes and plants in the side and front beds. The estimate included an assessment of Lexington town water PSI to support irrigation, parts list (indoor clock which was easy to program, valves, rotors, MP rotator, drip tubing, and rain sensor), labor to install the system, and after-installation service. Turf Unlimited was awarded this contract in a competitive bid that included four other service providers (the 6th no bid). They were selected primarily for (1) the use of flexible irrigation pipe to minimize damage to existing lawn and landscaping (one other contractor also bid this approach), (2) price, and (3) product and labor warranty. In retrospect, Turf Unlimited exhibited other significant attributes such as: (4) professionalism and customer care, and (5) after-installation service. While actual installation took a little over four hours, the entire process spanned four weeks (Week 1 or end of May - estimate of work, Week 3 - compliance with City ordnance to dig, and Week 4 or mid-June - installation). I discovered this timeframe kicks off the landscape industry's busy season. My suggestion would be to plan early and schedule irrigation installation no later than mid-May to avoid the rush and to enjoy longer your nicely hydrated landscaping. In planning for the successful execution of this job on behalf of our condo association, I learned the following: a. We decided NOT to install a separate meter at a savings of $800 to $1500 for a plumber. However, this requires condo associations to have a strict understanding of how the host condo would be reimbursed. As there is only one other condo in our association, this was not a problem. If you are in a single family dwelling be prepared for a bit of sticker shock regarding your water consumption. b. The flexible pipe allows for faster installation (over rigid PVC pipes) as they are pulled through under your lawn eliminating the need for deep, open trenches for the rigid pipes. This also means the flexible pipe is closer to the surface, may become exposed hence subject to damage by lawn mowers and such equipment, and if not serviced properly, could be damaged by freezing temperatures. Since we have a lawn mowing company, I included them in the planning of our irrigation system. c. With flexible pipes, you need a robust warranty and after-installation service, preferably by the installer, as pipes need to be blown out by compressed air at the end of the season and refreshed at the beginning. This could mean a long-term relationship with Turf Unlimited to preclude voiding the 3-year warranty. As they proved to be efficient and professional in scheduling and following through, this became a positive. In summary, Turf Unlimited exceeded our expectations for product and service and I/we would highly recommend them.

They are prompt, they are always polite. The techs take the time to explain the sprinkler system in detail, how to program it, how to flush out the filter, how to turn it on for the season. We have been very happy with the service. We just started using them for fertilizer and the lawn looks great. We have been using them regularly for over 2 years and plan to continue.

The cost depends on which service, but I would say it is probably between $75 and $150 per service. They have been very punctual, easy to get in touch with, and maintain good results from their work.

It went great except they pierced one of my irrigation lines because one of my lines was very shallow. But their customer service is amazing and they came out the next day free of charge and fixed my line.

The good natured 5 man crew, ably led by Ryan, showed up on time and installed the irrigation system in less than 4 hours. Then filled any holes they had to dig, raked any grass that was pulled out and seeded where needed. Then Ryan showed me how to use the controls (not too difficult and I probably won?t need to adjust it for a while). Completely satisfied with Turf Unlimited and highly recommend them.

The technicicans always leave detailed feedback and could not be more knowledgable and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with.

The information and estimate they gave us was great, the price was right. They came and sprayed our lawn to get rid of weeds, and within a few days our massive sea of dandelions was gone. They also fertilized and our lawn looks very healthy and lush. They gave us recommendations on mowing height and frequency and helped us plan out lawncare for the rest of the year. They also came when they promised, did the work, didn't make a mess, and left clear instructions.

Great service and they are very patient with you on explaining how to work the irrigation system.

This company was fantastic from the beginning. Starting with Kerryn who answered my call and walked me through the process. She organized the date for Stephan to come to our house and give me a quote. Stephen came when he said he would to do the quote. He provided me a quote on the spot after taking measurements and asking what I was looking for. The quote for the services was well written and Stephen explained what each item meant. I should mention here that we had 2 other companies come out to provide quotes and neither one was as comprehensive as this one. Since this was a completely new landscape being installed they needed to work with my landscaping company on the placement of the sprinklers and drip hoses. My landscapers told me that this irrigation crew (Kevin, Corey, Mat, James, and JoJo) were one of the best that they have worked with. This was important as both groups were working together on the same day. After the installation, we received a complete run down on how the system works with instructions to call if we had any issues. A few days later, we noticed that not all the plants seemed to be getting watered. I call Kerryn and she had someone come out that day to realign the sprinklers. There was only one glitch and that had to do with the installation of a separate water meter. It was resolved and worked out just fine. These guys are professional, on time, do what they say they are going to do, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Turf Unlimited for any irrigation system you want installed or any irrigation issue you want fixed
