Description of Work: This provider should be removed from Angie's List as he never responded to my request for services. Apparently he picks and chooses his jobs based upon the limited information left on a voicemail and my work was seemingly not profitable enough for him to respond.

Description of Work: Tom came out to our house to provide an estimate on a large job we had. He was on time and very polite. A few days after his visit he called me to review the proposal and gave me a price of $11,000 and I asked that he send the breakout. When I received the proposal in writing the price jumped to $12,400. Even at $11k it was pretty overpriced!

Description of Work: Mr. DiFronzo came out on the Sunday before Memorial Day took one look at our issue and gave us a good idea of what was wrong and solved it. All within an hour. Smart man, can't recommend him enough.

 + -1 moreGreat- called last week, got an estimate, then had a tricky situation with delivery times on the two appliances being hooked up- Tom was great about the situation and was very flexible in scheduling us in. He was friendly and polite and we are very pleased with the work he did for us!
Description of Work: Ran a gas line up to kitchen and over to gas dryer and hooked both up.

 + -1 moreHe was great. He saved us money since we thought we would need to have larger pipes installed throughout the house to get more water pressure. He was pretty sure he could fix it without doing that, which he did and in the process saving us $800. He returned all phone calls and showed up on time for the estimate as well as for the actual work.
Description of Work: Tom replaced main water shutoff. Added a valve after the meter. Removed ineffective pressure reducer.

I will be calling Tom from now on for anything else I may need. His attitude, experience, and cleanliness put him above previous plumbers I have used.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with the work and especially with Tom's can-do attitude. We asked him to remove existing faucets and replace them with others that we had purchased. The faucets we'd purchased were good quality, but were an unusual brand and required some unusually complex fittings and configurations, as well as a few extra parts. Tom dealt with the challenges in a positive and patient manner and got the job done!
Description of Work: Ran a pipe to outside faucet to bypass our water treatment system and replaced 4 bathroom faucets (3 sinks + 1 tub).

 + -1 moreHe was really great. He goes all over the place and does work. The neighbors have all used him as well and say he is awesome. He is so honest and hard working. He just goes through things with no hassle and works very well with other contractors. I would recommend him to other people any time.
Description of Work: He did all of the plumbing work for our second floor after we had remodeled the bathroom. He worked together with the contractor and electricians. He put in a new heating system in the bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was gutted, so he put in two under mounted sinks, a shower, grouted, installed fixtures, moved the toilet and installed shower heads and faucets. He also installed an extra water meter for our outdoor sprinkler system at the same time.

THEY CLEARLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE ALSO NICE, POLITE AND CONSIDERATE PEOPLE. ONE OF MY BELMONT NEIGHBORS CALLED ME TO ASK ABOUT MY PLUMBER. SHE THEN USED TOM TO DO SOME WORK IN ONE OF HER BATHROOMS AND THEN CALLED ME TO THANK ME FOR HIM. SHE MENTIONED THAT SHE HAD RECOMMENDED TOM TO HER FRIEND. ANOTHER BELMONT NEIGHBOR ASKED ME IF SHE COULD USE TOM FOR A SMALL JOB AND SHE, TOO WAS VERY PLEASED. WE HAD TOM DO ALL THE PLUMBING 5 YEARS AGO ON OUR NEW KITCHEN, TOO. HE INSTALLED THE DISPOSAL, FRANKE FAUCET and SINK, TOE-KICK HEATER, AND DISHWASHER.
Description of Work: TOM AND HIS ASSOCIATE GLENN DID ALL THE PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR OUR NEWLY RENOVATED MASTER BATHROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM SUITE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF OUR HOUSE. HE INSTALLED NEW DOUBLE SINKS IN OUR NEW MARBLE COUNTER TOP, GROHE FAUCETS, TOE-KICK HEATER, NEW SHOWER WITH GROHE SHOWER HEADS, SEPARATE SHOWER BAR,FAUCETS, ALL IN OUR NEWLY PORCELAIN TILED SHOWER. HE INSTALLED A TOTO TOILET. ALL THE PLUMBING WAS IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FROM THE OLD BATHROOM. TOM ALSO INSTALLED NEW BASEBOARD HEATERS IN THE NEW MASTER BEDROOM AND NEW DRESSING ROOM. HE DID ALL THE ROUGH-IN WORK ON TIME, WHICH REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH OUR CARPENTER AND TILE MAN, GOT THE INSPECTORS AT EACH PHASE ON TIME AND WITH NO SNAGS. WE BEGAN THIS PROJECT IN JUNE TO NOVEMBER, 2005. TOM WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND RESPONSIVE THROUGHOUT EACH PHASE-FROM ROUGH-IN TO FINAL INSTALLATION. FIVE YEARS AGO, WE HAD TOM DO ALL THE PLUMBING FOR OUR NEW KITCHEN;FRANK SINK AND FAUCET,DISPOSAL, & DISHWASHER.
