Most time was sale their package. Did some thing to my system because he can "hear" it's leaking. It leave me worried and have to call another company to finish everything.

The company was very professional. They called to confirm the appointment and then the day of the service the serviceman called to tell me he was on his way. He did a fantastic job on the fireplace and a great inspection of the plumbing and furnace. I was very happy. He was very polite and careful. I would recommend this company.

I have a gas fireplace that had not been used for 7 years and I cleaned it out and tried to use it last month. I was able to get it started and running but the flame output was very low even when turned up high. The timing was perfect as the was an Angie's List deal for gas fireplace cleaning so I purchased it. The scheduling process with the office was very smooth. The technician was supposed to arrive on the day of service between 10am-1pm, however I received a call around 9am that he had finished his first job early and if it would be OK to come early. That was great and he arrived at 9:30am. The gas fireplace unit was tested and the tech could see the flames were indeed low. Next he disassembled the unit and cleaned the various parts and tested again and the flame was still low. He then pressure checked the gas flow at two places and confirmed that the pressure measurements were within the manufacturer specifications. With still no solution he disassembled the unit further to remove an part that is after the two points where the pressures were previously checked. Inside this part, he found in the orifice a spider egg sack! This would explain why that although pressures were fine, the gas coming through that orifice was reduced due to this blockage. He cleared the spider web/sack, reassembled it and the flame was back to normal! I commend the technician for his troubleshooting skills and thoroughness in resolving the issue. After the fireplace work was complete, he looked at our furnace and plumbing system, found everything to be working properly, gave some advice and suggestions on regular maintenance and was on his way. Based my experience, I would recommend Titan and would call on them again in the future.

Punctual, friendly, efficient - all went as expected.

Overall the inspection was very good. I was able to ask questions while the inspection was going on. Very educational and I learned alot about the needs of my heating system. However, What turned me off was at the end of the inspection, the technician turned into a salesman and started to pitch these crazy tiers of service plans and wouldnt allow me to take the documentation home to review as he indicated it was proprietary. It was very strange because he was an excellent technician but at the end I felt like I was lured into some kind of timesharing proposition

I had a Big Deal. It was good. I didn't pay anything over the Big Deal cost.

The service technician showed up on time and was exceedingly nice and professional. He got straight to work tuning and cleaning our boiler. Afterwards he gave me a sense of the current shape our boiler is in, and made a handful of suggestions we might do to address some upcoming issues.

I had mixed feelings. We thought we would get a boiler inspection. I talked to them and they knew what kind of boiler we had. I gave him a form to fill out from the boiler manufacturer to get a gift card and he said it wasn't a full inspection. The technician said he would have to come back for a full inspection and it would cost a lot of money. I thought they should have been more upfront. I felt pressured. I bought a yearly maintenance contract because he said if you don’t there could be an expensive repair that could cost more than the contract. They didn't credit us for what we paid for the deal. When he came back I asked him to give me an estimate on a leak in bathroom sink. He said it $500 to fix the leak. Our electrician was able to look at the leak and fix it. I am very displeased and feel taken disadvantaged of.

The service was excellent. Price was great also. We are now considering doing an annual maintenance plan with Titan for both the gas fireplace insert and our gas heating system. Chris the service person who came was very professional and knowledgeable about gas fireplace inserts and gas heating systems.

They were very informative- they helped me explain the system as a new home owner. The guy who came out was very helpful, explained a lot of stuff and answered a lot of questions -it was good.

Nothing. Extremely not customer friendly. Only available 9-5 Mon-Fri. Really, it is 2015.

Everything went well. The techs were courteous and on time.

My water heater broke and was leaking. Chris from Titan came out and gave me quotes for 5 different options. He was very nice and professional. I chose the middle option for a 40 gallon tank with a 10 year warranty. After the plumber left, I was persuaded that I could get the job done for about half the price and I cancelled with Titan. Well, I should have known it was absolutely too good to be true. I could not get this job done for half the cost Titan gave me. In fact, when all the costs were added, it would have been at least 50% more expensive! So, I found myself on Christmas Eve with no hot water. I called Titan again that morning and asked to reinstate the contract I'd cancelled. I didn't expect they'd be able to help me until after the holiday. I was not looking forward to an icicle shower for Christmas but it was my own fault for cancelling with the company that I knew could do the job. The lovely woman in the Titan office called Chris the plumber to see if he could fit me in to his schedule. Chris immediately called me and told me that the supplier was closing early, but he'd try to get the heater that day. Sure enough, he worked magic and got the new heater before the supplier closed. He came out and installed it on Christmas Eve. It was a Christmas Miracle! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Titan Plumbing to anyone.

It was fine overall. The representative came and was punctual. They did the work efficiently and were knowledgeable.

I was happy with what they did and I have no complaints with them. They got the job done in less than one hour. They called me to set up the appointment and they came on time.

Excellent. Great communication. Made my gas fireplace look brand new. Arrived early (telephoned beforehand.) Highly recommend this individual and company.

Although the Titan technician was polite, punctual and professional we felt their prices were too high. Titan quoted us $1,800 to fix a broken ejector pump in our basement. The guy was willing to do the work that day (which was tempting) but we declined. We got another estimate from another plumber off of Angies List. Both plumbers (Titan and the new plumber) recommended the same more expensive and durable part, but the second guy did the job, using that part, for $800.

Our furnace quit. On the coldest day of the winter. In New England. Pretty much a worst-case scenario. Titan came out on the same day (for an extra fee) and determined that we needed a whole new furnace since the motherboard was fried. The soonest they could install it would be in 4 days and would cost $5,000. At that point, we were not in a position to either negotiate or shop around so agreed. As frustrating as the situation was, the technician was extremely friendly and understanding, he even left us a space heater for a few days. The house got down to 40 degrees in the intervening time. On the day of installation, they were provided with the wrong pieces, so were delayed in starting the job for an hour, normally not a big deal but a bit frustrating when it's 40 degrees in the house. They finished on time, the furnace worked and the inspection a few days later was easy. Overall, they were a bit more expensive than I was expecting and they took a bit longer than it should in an emergency but they were extremely professional and I would use them again.

It went good. Their service was fine and it was serve as expected. They inspected the furnace the boiler of my gas and actually determinate did indeed have some major problems and they recommended probably the next year; so they strongly recommended to replaced it.

It turned out fine. He was a plumber and he fixed what he had to fix. My husband handled it. There was nothing I disliked.

They were unable to do the service because of how the pipes were in there. Very nice, helpful and patient.
