They cleared a clog in the gas line to the fireplace and got it working again fast.

After moving into our house, we used Titan's angie's list coupon for A/C inspections. Chris, the inspector/sales guy, found black mold. From the start, Chris used strange/hardball tactics (e.g. not willing to give us a price initially), but the weather forecast was for hot days ahead, and it was the weekend, so we opted to go with Titan. They installed the unit - the installation guys were pretty professional, but the duct cleaning guys left a mess all over. The unit came with a yearly inspection included, so the following year, we had Chris come do the inspection. The other A/C system apparently had some mold too. My wife was there and she said Chris put a lot of pressure on her to buy a premium support package for that unit in order to get a discount on a new system. When I got home and found out about it, I immediately tried to contact Titan, both Chris directly and the office, for a refund b/c this latest incident was the last straw. I tried contacting them multiple times and never received a response. Fast-forward to today when I have another company out inspecting my A/Cs. The technician said that the guys who installed the main AC did a poor job - the drain pipes have no auto-kill switches for leaks, one drain pipe travels down and then back up, thus trapping water in it (which could freeze and bust during the winter.) All in all, a terrible experience, so I recommend you not use this company for any A/C services (I cant comment on their plumbing team.)

I had Titan replace a furnace, a main stack pipe and re-pipe another furnace. They were clean and reliable and fixed the issues I had. They also took care of a couple other issues they noticed as a courtesy. When the town inspector arrived, he complimented their professional job. I would recommend.

I called Titan to let them know what the city said and asked for suggestions on how to fix the problem. I made multiple follow up calls. Each time the office promised I would receive a callback from the owner but I never have. Given the lack of response, the inability to properly diagnose the problem and the unwillingness to correct a situation they caused, I can't recommend them for any type of job.

I was very happy with them. I don’t have anything to compare the price to. Just one person came out to do the work.

The cost was part of the whole package with the contract. I am happy with it. The experience was fine. They did a good job and that was it. They left the are looking fine.

I purchased a deal from them last year for $99. I hired them again this year to do the same service, on my own, outside of an Angie's List deal. The provider showed up without the materials needed to do the full service. My neighbor had the necessary supplies needed to continue the service, therefore the provider used those. I did not find the service to be good this time around, as I did last year.

We probably will not choose to call them again.

We had a great experience with Titan in the past on a medium-size project, so we contacted them again for a small job. They just never responded to us. We contacted them through an Angie's List message and by phone. It has been about three weeks since our initial contact.

They supplyed the equipment and replaced it. I would give them an "A" all across the board. I did use them again to replace another furnace.

They were good. They tuned up the gas stove and inspected it and found the problem. Nice, efficient and punctual. They came quite a distance. Their report was informative, explained what was right and what was wrong.

This went fine. They were not completely thorough and they didn’t give me a thorough report. My AC was up all summer and they seem to be quick.

I will never, ever had Titan Plumbing come to my home again. The technician was pretty sarcastic and seemed more interested in selling additional services, rather than completing the work we had agreed upon. I had previously hired Titan to complete some shower faucet work. The same technician who did that work showed up to complete the gas fireplace work. The technician had taken a Hansgrohe shower head without my permission when he previously did work. I mentioned this to him and he became sheepish on me. However, he still tried to sell me additional services. I eventually had a different company come out, Yankee Fireplace, who looked at my fireplace and said Titan basically didn't do anything. The pilot and pipe were still dirty on my fireplace along with other components.

The company was excellent and very professional. They were very technically skilled especially with the remote controls. We have area and oriental rugs; so, we appreciated that they were very neat and clean. It was definitely worth the money.

Tech arrived on time and provided excellent service. The pilot light always used to blow out but since the repair it's worked flawlessly.

Replaced an old (1889) 12-foot cast-iron drain stack from ground floor to basement. Originally replaced with PVC, but this turned out to be noisier than expected. On request, they came back and replaced the PVC with new cast iron, before we closed up the wall. The work took a few weeks to schedule, but Tony and Dan were professional, courteous, and fast once the work began. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. Chris taught me a lot about the unit and gave me routine maintanence and safety advice. Chris also looked at a plumbing issue for me and gave me an estimate to fix that as well.

I wasn't home when they did the service. It took a while. They were busy. It took like a month to get them in here but they came when they said they were going to come. They performed service. They said everything was in good shape. It was all fine. He opened and looked at it. That was about it. He didn't do much but he said everything was looking okay. I'd give them a B because of the time that it took. That was okay. I got a good deal and they checked my furnace which I wanted them to do. I'm satisfied. They were there when they said they were going to be there. I'd tell other people that they did check my furnace for a good price.

Contractor showed up on time and performed the cleaning and inspection promptly and without trouble.

I got a lesson on how to start the fireplace should the pilot go out. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable.
