They did a check out of my burner. I don't know what they did, they pulled the back off of my burner and puttered around in there and said, hey, everything's okay. The worker was very good, very knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing.

The provider was prompt, service folks were amazing. They went above and beyond by helping me move a piece of furniture that was obstructing access to the panel for turning the gas on to my fireplace. Service was efficient...my fireplace was up and running in no time! They took the time to show me how to use the controls - I've lived here 11 years and never used the unit before so this was very helpful. I would highly recommend this service provider.

Tony was excellent. He was meticulous, observant, and a great teacher. He answered all my questions and I learned a few new things, as well as a few tips on preventive maintenance. I highly recommend him. By the way, the fireplace output has never looked so good. I should have had my fireplace inspected and cleaned awhile ago. It is really nice to have it running optimally. I recommend Tony without reservation.

I first attempted to make call on 10/20/15. I received an odd automated message (not an out of office/closed). I then sent an email through Angie's List. . Their response;"I apologize for that. We would be happy to schedule an appointment, currently we are booked until mid of next week. You can call our office at 978-851-2486 and we would be glad to help. Thank you." I called and made an appointment for this morning (next available) 10/29 for 8:00-8:30 I did have a missed call from their number earlier this week. But since they did not leave a message, I presumed they were going to confirm appointment. A few minutes after 8:30 when no one had arrived I called the company. Person answering the phone eventually stated my appointment was on the books for the 5th? I informed her that is not the arrangements we had made and someone there had likely mis entered. She confirmed my telephone number and stated she would get right back to me. 5 1/2 hours later still no call. It is clear I need to find a different provider. Most unprofessional experience!!!

Very knowledgable person did survey and submitted a proposal. Highest price of the six companies that submitted quotes. After extensive research of boiler manufacturers ended up selecting a company that offered the IBC boiler.

Scope of work to be done: * Start, clean and inspect a gas fireplace that hasn't been used for a little over a year. * Give recommendation on why "Low" heat doesn't work. The company listing on the List says "Ask for Details" on price estimates. However, while she is very professional and pleasant, the girl answering the phone and making appointments will not volunteer pricing, and is very hesitant when asked about it. She hems and haws - not a good sign. I asked because some reviews on the List indicate many were related to a "Deal" price, but not all of them, and the same price seemed to span several years. I was finally able to learn that the 'deal' I was seeing was a coupon that is issued annually but is currently not active. That cost was gas fireplace clean and inspection and a plumbing inspection for $99, which usually costs $275. The person I spoke with said the rate is flat, even if I don't need or want a plumbing inspection and only want the fireplace cleaned & inspected. Further, 'Inspection' of the fireplace doesn't include finding out what is wrong with the high > low dial. That would cost me another $117 on top of $275. So now we're up to almost $400 for a service many offer for $100 - $150, and on top of that I would then be quoted a cost to repair whatever problem they find. All that said, the girl also stated she couldn't be sure about the pricing, and refused to let me speak to anyone about actual cost of services and wouldn't have anyone call me back about it when they were free either, even though she took my number. This smacks of predatory pricing to me. This company has a great reputation and from the prices I see on the reviews I have a hard time believing what I was told. It can't be so unusual for a customer to want an up-front idea of what they may be expected to pay so they can budget accordingly, I don't see why that's such a problem. I also don't see why people would be charged for a service they aren't going to get, when it's not a part of a "Deal" or "Coupon". I need a good technician who can actually troubleshoot our problem, as a part of an Inspection - which is what an inspection should actually be - I am even willing to pay a bit more for that, but more than 2X the average market rate? No. That's just silly. I have kept the appointment I made for now, but I am going to keep searching for someone else and I hope to be able to cancel this appointment in favor of a more reasonable one.

I paid for, and scheduled via Angie's List, a furnace inspection and cleaning, but never heard back from Sila. My furnace is now in use for the winter, so that ship has sailed. Needless to say, I'd have a tough time recommending them. it would be gracious if they offered to refund my money--but I don't really expect that to happen.

Unlike previous plumbers I have tried that have been poor to terrible about returning calls and showing up as expected: Reached a person quickly and made an appointment. The plumber came per the appointment, did the job neatly and professionally (correctly noting how the previous plumber did a poor job). Knew exactly what he was doing, was clean and neat, and cleaned up after himself. Will use again, next time I need a plumber. What more can you ask for?

My furnace had stopped working in one of the last cold days of the Spring. I called another company and they never showed up and were rude when I called back so I messaged the next company on the list, Titan Plumbing. Right away they were friendly and professional. I made an appointment, he showed up on time and was very courteous.. After a couple of tries the furnace just started working without any work needing to be done and to my surprise they never even charged me for the visit.

The review of the plumbing was great but the person they sent knew very little about gas fireplaces. We'd been having some issues and I was disappointed that I couldn't get them answered at the time.

Anthony was such a pleasure to work with! He was very sympathetic, and tried literally everything he could think of to diagnose the problem without putting a hole in the drywall. When he ultimately needed to put a hole in the drywall, he vacuumed up the mess until the place was spotless AND suggested a person I could call to get the hole patched. All this on top of finding and fixing the leak in the bathtub. He offered me two solutions, explained the pros and cons of each, and the price for each. When he left, he told me how much he likes to help people -- he certainly helped us today! Would definitely recommend Titan Plumbing -- ask for Anthony!

The provider showed up on time, was responsive and respected my flooring by wearing covers over his boots. I did not need all of the service that I purchased (did not need furnace and plumbing inspection). The gentleman answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the fireplace and re-start it should I loose power.

The service was very good and we were very satisfied with the work .

The guy came and cleaned the furnace but he didn't install the filter correctly and he actually destroyed the filter when he installed it. I followed up with the company. I told them and sent them pictures. They acknowledged and were very sorry. In return, they sent me 2 filters as replacements, one for the faulty one and one because it was their fault. I would say they were good in customer service.

I would highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Heatlng for your AC service. Chris, the technician, called in advance of the start time and asked if he could come over early. Great! I had purchased a replacement AprilAire media filter, and Chris was familiar with these filters and replaced the old one which was covered with years of dust. Now our ac blows like a storm. Chris explained that we have an old unit which will eventually need replacing - in fact it's being phased out because it uses environmentally detrimental freon. And he helped answer questions about how to use our ac system in a more efficient manner. He also told us about their service plans for home systems. That's something I'll consider when I have them out next spring to turn on my system. I won't be going years without service now that I know I have a cost effective maintenance service.

Tony came and gave an estimate for the job and while doing so, took the time to explain how my boiler works and some basic maintance. He, and the rest of the team, started a week after the estimate and then worked across two days on the project. They pulled the permits and were able to do everything asked and some more. On the two days that they were at my home, they arrived at least 10 minutes early and went straight to work. They took my request to minimize the amout of space taken up in the basement by the ducting and super-store seriously. Everything was neatly installed and ran as directly as possible. After the first day, I came home and the basement was vacuumed clean, literally better then how they found it. Tony called me and updated me at different times to keep me up-to-date on what was going on. I am completely satisifed with their work so far and have hired them to come back to add a 1/2 bath and do all of the plumbing for the kitchen renovation.

It was not that helpful. He showed up and spent time at my water tank; I tried to show him the rest of the house and he didn't seem interested. He didn't do any of the flushing at all because he claimed my system was too old and I needed to replace it. I felt I spent $99 for them to try and sell me a new system.

Work was done quickly and efficiently in digging up the concrete, replacing the pipe and trap area, and putting down fresh concrete. Anthony and his assistant then finished scoping down to the street with the camera, found some root penetration and went over the alternatives that we're considering. Anthony was very professional, skilled and pleasant. The only thing that I'm not completely satisfied with is the color/grain of the cement patch, which is right at the bottom of our basement stairs and stands in contrast to the rest of the floor. But at least it's an unfinished basement as it is, so I guess that's not a big deal.

He did a very thorough cleaning and spent a lot of time tuning up the unit, more than anyone else in the past. He was very pleasant and was not trying to sell you a new unit.

The plumbers called ahead, arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), and were pleasant and professional. The quality of the work was excellent, and they were meticulous about testing the results before leaving.

It was good- they are always good. No problems, they did the job and there are no complaints.
