Titan Plumbing & Heating

Titan was great. Great communication beforehand by phone, and showed up on time. The 2 workers were polite, neat, and fast. We had recently moved into our house and wanted to be sure the gas fire place was safe before using it. They took all the logs out, vacuumed it, cleaned the glass, inspected the hosing and piping, and pronounced everything ok. They took the time to help us understand why we might want to leave the pilot on all year, even in summer.

Like the service which is smooth.

It was good. They came when they said they were going to be. The fireplace was clean. It was good.

Had my water heater kick the bucket at a rental property and needed fast service. The unit went on a Friday night, and Chris was there at 9am on Saturday to replace with a new unit. I was extremely pleased with the service.

After the tech finished with the boiler I called his attention to a suspicious accumulation of blue copper deposit on one of our heating zone pipes above the boiler. Because the boiler had been installed only two years earlier it didn't seem right. The problem was traced to the hot water pipe coming from the water heater: a pinhole leak in that pipe traveled back down the inside of the foam insulating jacket to drip onto the heating zone pipe below and leave the deposit. The tech cut the pipe at the site of the leak and "sweated" a short patch in place to stop the leak and fix the problem in a short time. This unscheduled repair was timely and effective. That's where the extra $280 above the Angie's price came from. I am clearly too old. I have lost track of what plumbing work costs in 2013-14 (and unfortunately needs to cost to run an effective plumbing company). Note: My N/A on price, above, refers to the boiler cleaning charge only. The actual total was the $350 shown. Note: I've edited this review to correct the original price shown. The added work cost $280 not the $230 I entered from memory.

The only minor issue was that they did not come equipped to replace the artificial embers or sand that is part of the appearance/function of the gas fireplace. When I called the company to ask about this, they said that Angie's list did the write-up describing the service, which implied new embers; Titan had NOT reviewed the deal copy. I think this is more of an issue with Angie's List than with Titan, although I feel they should have had the "parts" with them on the truck. Generally, I was very satisfied with the work and the price was excellent.

It went very, very well! The gentleman who serviced our fireplace was very pleasant, efficient, thorough,and neat! I loved that he wore booties over his shoes while in the house! I'm very protective of my rugs and hardwood floors and it was nice that it's Titan's policy to respect one's property!

I purchased the deal on Angie's List for a gas furnace cleaning and check up. I had to wait about six weeks before the tech was able to do the work (they said they sold many of the deals). Tech showed up on time and it only took him about 30-45 mins. He did leave options/details for maintenance contracts, but did not make any hard sells (which is good). Overall a good experience.

Great service. On-time and worked for almost 2+hrs. We felt very confident they did a thorough job and our furnaces were ready for the winter.

We waited two different days for the estimated to come to give us a price. When he could not make it to give us the price he said he would email it. My wife and I wasted 6 hours waiting for 2 no shows after they called us the day before to confirm both times

Titan Plumbing and Heating came and cleaned and inspected our gas fireplace. Jared was very professional , knowledgable and diligent in his work. He called earlier that morning and arrived exactly on time. He cleaned the fireplace and diagnosed the problem. The blower motor is on its last legs as suspected. He did a great job, was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to call Titan again. They were fantastic.

It went very well. Nothing was a problem with them. It was smooth, competent, and efficient.

Gentleman was very nice, just wish he could have gotten into the boiler without having to cut the top. It was good to know the previous home owners never had the boiler serviced. Do be prepared for the up sell at the end (for their service packages).

The company stated that even if they cleaned it, it wouldn't fix the problem. The guy was very nice.

They did a good job. But the price was high at $5000. I know that plumbers make a lot of money but I think that these guys are higher than average. However they did a good job and they were on time. Their work was fine and I did not have any issues after it was done. I looked at the price of the toilet at the depot and it was less than $200 and they charged me a thousand dollar for the toilet. I know that there is labor involved and I know that they probably get better equipment at the plumbing distributor, that is what I hear and I think it is true. If the equipment that they get at the plumbing supply houses is better than what you could get at home depot and I?m hoping that is better in quality too. Because of the price, I will not give them an ?A?. But the service, I will give them an ?A?. The quality is very good. They do come out the same day they said they would. I have a contract with them actually and I signed up for the top level.

They did a good job. They gave us a nice pricing sheet with options. It was easy to understand. They did leave a mess in the basement.

Called Titan Plumbing when my tenant's heat went out, they called me back right away and we set up a service appointment. Chris showed up and it was great since he replaced my unit's heating system 2 years ago and remembered me and my basement's heating setup. Chris was highly professional and helpful and super patient answered all of my and my boyfriend's questions during his quest to figure out my heaters highly erratic behavior to an excellent resolution. The heat is back working and he helped me get back on track with service calls moving forward. I would highly recommend Chris and Titan to anyone.

Titan is the real deal and their technician Jason D. totally proved that. The whole process of scheduling the service, the confirmation of the appointment and the completion of the work was completely flawless. Jason's knowledge of the product and his ability to service it clearly demonstrated that they know their work and enjoy doing it. These guys are a five star operation and we will certainly be using their services again in the future!

Titan Plumbing is extremely professional, organized and friendly from the initial appointment setting to the actual service provided. Unfortunately one day later the furnace started turning on and off. I called Titan and they sent another tech to fix the problem. It turned out to be a rollover switch. The heat has worked correctly since. At my request, the Tech gave a list of options on work we might need to get done on the heating system. There were multiple options with varying level of cost. Due to the expense, I need to research and/or get other estimates before proceeding.
