Description of Work: I originally purchased a Big Deal for $315 for Titan Plumbing & Heating. I called them to schedule the work, and I asked them which deal was better. They seemed to be confused. There were two Deals, and I purchased the higher one. She called me back 10 minutes later and said there was a cheaper deal temporarily available, and she advised that I call Angie's List and switch it.

Description of Work: Titan came and inspected my hot water heater and furnace. They were incredibly patient and professional - explained everything and showed how i had been charged in the past for people allegedly servicing my system and how they could tell it had never been serviced. They are trustworthy, polite and responsive. A friend had an emergency a few weeks later and i referred her. They fixed her issue immediately. I would definitely recommend them again. I finally feel i am in good hands with a plumber i trust!

Description of Work: I had purchased the coupon offered for $49 to have my plumbing telescoped to the street.On June 14, 2012 Jared came and explained my situation in an over 100 year old home in a manner that I understood.A contract was reached to have the house trap replaced.This was done on 7/3 and I was more than pleased with work done but also the professionalism of the two Jays.Not only did they explain everything to me but the work and cleanup was wonderful.I was more than pleased and comfortable with this service and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Replaced two water heaters. Excellent work. Have used Titan for many plumbing services. Always impressed by the professionalism of the entire organization.

Description of Work: I had used Titan Plumbing and Heating for a few years and when I was having a problem with my tenant's furnace (I own a 3 family home with rental units). Titan came out to provide service. They made two service calls and both times could not diaganose the problem and recommended that I purchase an entire new furnace. The two service calls cost me close to $300 with no diagnosis or resolution and meanwhile, my tenant was without heat. I finally found another technician who took the time - approximately 2 hours to run diagnostics and they also contacted customer service technical support for American Standard (my furnace brand), he also consulted with another gas plumber and the diagnosis was that the gas valve needed to be replaced. Much less expensive option than replacing the entire furnace! Titan did not spend the time or do a thorough analysis of the problem. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: this was a The Big Deal promo and I was very happy with the entire process w/Titan from initial email contact , to follow up phone contact to today's service. I have bids for further work which I intend to persue w/Titan.
