 + -1 moreGeorge was great to work with! He provided me with an reasonable estimate within 48 hours of my e mail, and was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks later. The roof on my house was in pretty good shape, just a little black mold, but my garage was in terrible shape due to some low hanging branches. It was covered in mold and moss, and I honestly thought it would need to be replaced. I was so pleased to come home the day George and his team cleaned to see my garage roof looking basically brand new! They did a great job, and even nailed down a few shingles that had come loose. I will definitely contact The Roof Cleaner again if I need roof cleaning!

He was able to view the roof and called with a quote the same day with an expected time frame to complete the job. He was able to perform the work next day as he had a cancellation. We were stunned with how fantastic the results are. The roof literally looks like a new roof. We thought there was no solution for this lichen/sap problem and we are glad we found George through Angie's List. His service was worth every penny.

Description of Work: George saved me at least $10,000 just by cleaning my roof. I had planned to replace but when he GUARANTEED he could make my roof look like new, I took him up on his offer. It looks beautiful! I could not be happier. He also confirmed my shingles are in good shape and should last many more years. I would definitely use him again!

Description of Work: The roof cleaners treated and removed years of mold, algae and lichen growth from the roof, along with cleaning cement walkways and brick stairs. A hydraulic lift was used to prevent shingle damage, while care was taken to prevent damage to the gardens and shrubs.

Description of Work: Treated and power washed moss, lichen and sap from our roof. He also added (at no additional cost) cleaning brick steps and landing in front of the front door. Additionally, he sprayed down the siding.

 + 0 moreThey were punctual, performed the service as advertised and did a great job. They spent a full day from about 8am to 5pm. The plus to their methodology is that they utilize a hoist/lift and therefore never set foot on the roof, greatly limiting the risk of damage. I would recommend them and use them again.
Description of Work: George power washed roof of our home removing moss, sap, discoloration and other deposits on our 20 year old roof. Also, did the siding of main home, shed and dog house roofs and all walkways.
