Description of Work: Gutter cleaning met my expectations, however I received a post-visit call from a representative that stated the cleaners evaluated my rear gutters and found several small holes (which I knew about as they were caused by a tiny screwdriver used by the prior owner(s) to clear ice), and she suggested we replace the entire rear gutter. When I asked if they could simply "patch the holes", she stated "we don't do that". | |I understand there is more money in replacing gutters than repairing them, but given the small size and number of holes (2-3 over 30'), as well as the cost differential, leading with the "replace only" option and not even mentioning any "repair option" until I stated it, left me less-than-100% satisfied with an otherwise smooth process.

Description of Work: They send out mailer's stating $65 to $95 Average House. I told them the lower gutters where clean, but the 2 uppers needed cleaning. No site visit..over the phone..$110.00. What happened to the Average House???? This is not a high rise, just an Average 2 story house. BAIT AND SWITCH

Description of Work: American Gutter quickly and efficiently cleaned all the gutters on our 2 story cape. The price was right. When there was confusion over the bill (my fault), they were prompt and courteous about responding.

Description of Work: THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM THEY LEFT DEBRIS IN MY YARD AND DIDN''T CLEAN UP. THE SECOND TIME I USED THEM THEY CAME DURING THE TIME I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO COME AS I WOULD BE OUT OF TOWN AND THE WATER WOULD BE OFF. THEY LEFT BAGS OF DEBRIS DUMPED OUT IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THEY DID COME BACK AFTER I CALLED THEM, BUT THIS IS TWICE I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
