 + -1 moreDavid never finished the job and was paid in full! Part of our deck repair/installation job included a safety gate at the top of the stairs. When he finished the job he said he'd be back to install the gate, but asked for payment anyway which I gave him (I should have held payment). After texting him multiple times we made multiple appointments for him to come and install the gate, but he never showed. Then he stopped responding to my texts.

 + -1 morejob started 5/28/18. David used douglas fir for posts and installed timbertec wrong which voided our warranty. He also reduced the size of our steps and they are no longer to code. He also did not furnish all materials and refused to fix what is wrong. Deck was never finished. We went to small claims court and he never showed. We are out $4200. Do not hire this contractor! Shoddy work.
