I was impressed by the ready response to my emergency. They also re-called the truck to return from the disposal location so that the old tank could be reviewed for insurance purposes which was an inconvenience to them.

Jeremy and Carlos did an amazing job repairing an emergency drainage pipe problem. I received an immediate response from Jeremy, who came to assess the situation within 24hrs. Jeremy and Carlos diagnosed the problem, and gave an on-site quote. We scheduled the repair on the spot. The pricing was fair, the quality of work was top notch, and both their personalities were friendly and kind. Thank you again!

They came in lower than many other plumbers that I interviewed and they didn't tell me I had to replace a bunch of pipes in my basement that would cost me $1700. Instead they fixed my problem for less than $300. Now that is honesty.

I called MTS to give me an estimate for doing routine annual maintenance on my friend's boiler. As it was already after normal business hours, I believe it was the owner, Kyle Larsen, who answered the call. He answered all my questions, and said he could have someone out the next morning, which I agreed to. His technicians came out, inspected the unit, and asked what I wanted to do. I told them to go ahead and do the cleaning, as agreed, which they did. They kept me informed about what they were doing, their experience with the particular unit, etc. When the cleaning was done, the unit would not fire up, and kept giving an error signal. After troubleshooting it, they consulted the owner who came out himself, to check the unit out, after having picked up the suspected bad blower. After verifying that the original blower was, in fact, bad, he directed his team to go ahead and replace the unit. Noticing that there was another component which was visibly deteriorated (and having previously been told that this part frequently was the cause of failures on this particular model), he checked with his parts supplier to see if it was available, in stock. When it was, he suggested that we replace this part, as well, even though it would take another 11/2 - 2 hrs just to get the part. He then negotiated a very reasonable total cost for the service, which I readily agreed to. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and went well beyond standards of service that I would normally expect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of service they provide, and would certainly plan on using them myself in the future.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment when I thought my boilers were busted! They were very upfront about the costs and the different options I could take. They could have easily charged for me more because I didn’t know anything but when they realized there wasn’t anything major wrong, they adjusted course & pricing immediately! I will definitely use them again!

I hired these guys in a pinch after reaching out to several other local companies. They were very responsive, on time, and very reasonable on price. They could have sold me a whole new unit and I wouldn't have known any better, but they were honest and upfront about my options. The guys were great, friendly, and very knowledgeable, I would absolutely hire them again.

I appreciated how quickly they came to take care of a problem with my central air... They fixed the problem at the initial visit. The unit was older and they replaced the faulty capacitor which made it work again. They also showed me the readings on their equipment which were not ideal but explained they thought it should be fine for now ( not pushing for expensive replacement ... as they said - it could last for quite some time - but they wanted me to be aware of the potential issues going forward). I will definitely use them for future needs.

Very professional. I like that he explained everything that was needed and how long the job would take. I really like his honesty. He provided options cost wise and that was refreshing. The job was completed in one day. I feel confident the problem is solved. He did say that if there are any problems to call him immediately and he will be on it.

Very impressed with prompt service, professional yet engaging and friendly demeanor but most importantly they diagnosed and fixed the problem on a hot muggy day when we needed them most.

After trying another AC service, who did not even have the courtesy of calling me back, I contacted MTS. They should have been my first call. They made arrangements to come the same day. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very personable. I now have the MTS business card on my fridge and their number on my smart phone. If I need service in the future you can be sure they will get a call first.
