My only disappointment is that I haven't received the replacement quote they said they would provide.

Someone picked up the phone when I called and we made appointments. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

MTS came to repair our AC system when it went out in the middle of the night. They were able to address our low refrigerant and flooded basin quickly and efficiently. Even though this is an incredibly busy time for HVAC techs, they were always responsive. When the issue in our system turned out to be a bigger problem, they were flexible with the work that had already been done. We'd be glad to work with MTS again in the future.

I came home from working all night to no heat. Jeremy and MTS called me back immediately and he and Carlos were here within an hour and 45 minutes of our initial discussion (after finishing another service call). About 2 hours and a trip to Providence later, I had heat!!! I can t say enough about the professionalism, promptness and friendliness of these guys!!!
