I have to say that this company is very professional, courteous, and clean...I had to have the outside faucet-silcock replaced, They came the same day and they were here when they said they would be.I didn't think they were going to be able to help me, since the space they had to work in was only about 6 inches (from foundation to ceiling). But he got in there and got the job done, took about an hour..when he was done he put everything back to where it was and left everything clean... I was very happy with the job he did from start to finish and would hire them again...the only problem I can say I had was the cost, but in reality good plumbers aren't cheap, that's if they show up at all...great company to work with....

Carlos was very personable and knowledgeable, we ran into some 30 year old fitting provlems which he quickly overcame and one of the flapper in one of the toilet tanks was not installed correctly at the factory and Carlos identified the problem and fixed it, Overall a great experience.

Jeremy from MTS called me back within minutes of my project going out. He was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. He and Kyle arrived right at the appointed time and confirmed that they would be able to do the job for the estimated price that they had given me over the phone. They promptly completed the project and cleaned up afterwards, removing the old toilet and all the packing material from the new toilet. I was so pleased that I am having them do another project for me in the coming days.

I would recommend MTS Mechanical to anyone in the RI area. They were friendly, did great work for a great price & even replaced my garbage disposal which we didn't have planned (they were hired to do just the water heater). Last min I asked them to look at the disposal which they did & replaced it right then and there. I would hire them again!
