First, they ensured we always had one working toilet and shower while keeping the overall job on track. Kevin communicated real-time ideas and updates and guided us along the way. Tyler made some great tiling suggestions that we took, such as shower stall accent borders we hadn’t envisioned and a glass tile mid-wall border to match our shower in lieu of a traditional chair rail.
