Description of Work: The representative was a really nice guy, but they weren't able to tell me whether or not I had active termites. They also do not use bait stations, and the "wood-boring" pest warranty only covers termites, not beetles or ants. The technician still took my fee for the inspection, even though he was unable to determine whether or not I had a problem. I should have asked more questions during my call to schedule, and would have saved the inspection fee. Ultimately, I got a free inspection with a different company who would warranty and monitor their work.

 + -1 moreIt is the owner who comes out every time and it is small time. He is a nice guy and we setup the appointment in advance. We don't have to call too far in advance; it is just a week or two.
Description of Work: They come once a year to spray for ants and were here last probably in May. They do the inside and outside.

 + -1 moreI had 5 estimates and he was the second highest estimate but seemed to know his field and took pride in his work so I trusted him. He was punctual, did exactly what he said he would do and more. When he had to dig up some plants near a basement window he potted them and apologized later explaining why they had to be removed. (I did not expect the repotting!) I did not trust some companies that sent an estimator who would then pass the job off to a "crew". I prefer to have the guy I hire be the guy who does the job. Mr. Williamson had his son-in-law as helper and the two did a good job.
Description of Work: Treated outside perimeter of house and drilled & treated an inside basement wall cementing the holes when finished. Installed wooden stakes for later monitoring.
