Description of Work: A tree limb that was pushing on wires running to my house was trimmed off. Gutters with guttershields were cleaned out and shields reinstalled. A second story gutter running along the back of the house was cleaned. 2 downspouts were unclogged. Things went very well, Eric came out Tuesday to check out the job for an estimate and the work was completed a few days later on Friday. Eric gave some good information and suggestions for DIY gutter maintenance. Overall, honest good work!

+ -1 moreHe did a great job. I came home from work to find the tree down, cut into logs and stacked neatly in the location we'd requested. The location of the tree was perilously close to the swimming pool, pump equipment, landscaping, etc., and Eric accomplished the task with great care and skill.
Description of Work: Felled a medium-sized tree in a difficult location next to our in-ground swimming pool.

+ 4 moreHe is our go to guy when we need anything done that's not electrical. He is our all around handyman and anything that breaks and needs to get fixed, we call him. He has always been absolutely right on with the price.
Description of Work: We use Lavallee Home & Property Services. He replaced some shingles on two different sections on our roof. He also painted on bedroom, kitchen, and our foyer. The top of our chimney got ripped off in a storm and he replaced the hole inside of the chimney and replaced the chimney cap. He also cleans our gutter every year.

+ -1 moreHe recommended the appropriate device for the shingles, which are cedar. They were a little more tricky to find the right equipment for. He did that and installed it. He is very conscientious. I would recommend him. He is very competent, friendly, and reliable.
Description of Work: Lavallee put in an ice-melting device for the roof. A few weeks earlier, he cleared snow off the roof.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for countertop (laminate), sink, faucet and garbage disposal replacement, all of which I had. I waited quite a while for appointment to come and see work, then waited for vacation, then waited again for estimate. Gladly waited as I thought Mr. LaVallee presented as a great professional. When I finally got estimate, 6 weeks after initial call, and it was 100% higher than another quote, which I ultimately went with.

He was quick to get back to me with the estimate, and once I mailed the check for materials he came right out to do the work we agreed on. I am very happy with the job. I found him a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I had to replace a portion of gutter that had rotted through from standing water. I also had to add a down spout as the run was too long for one.

He came out took a look, told me what could cause this and explained what he would do and how much it would cost and when he could do the job.He came out the day he said he would, did the job and it cost me exactly what he said. He did a great job, my gutters look like new.I would recommend him to anyone.
