Eric was able to come the same day I called and he worked around my work schedule. He got started right when he arrived and was very quick at getting the job done. He even gave some really helpful advice on how to prevent and deal with ice dams in the future. I am glad I called him and would certainly hire him again to do other work on our house. Eric called me the same day that I put the request in. I only needed a small area of my roof repaired and worried that it was to small of a job for anyone to bother driving to my house for. He told me that he would look at my roof that day, and he did. He called me to tell the the price and said that he would be at my house the next day to do the repairs and he was. Mom refuses to look at the internet, so I used my Angies List membership (in Illinois) to find her a handyman in Massachusetts. Eric got right back to her and set up a convenient time. I was delighted to hear that she had only positive things to say .. He fixed all kinds of things from plumbing to electrical to carpentry, all beautifully and at a price that was more than fair. It's a relief and a joy to have a mother who is so independent and contented. Eric has been a godsend to both mom and me.

In the middle of the worst snow disaster season I have ever seen, he came to my house promptly and raked the roof. He delivered on time and charge a very reasonable rate.

I contacted Eric about cleaning gutters on my house and he responded very quickly. He was out at the house the next week exactly as scheduled (I was very happy with the fact that he made it out so quickly). Eric performed the work quickly, professionally (took a bucket up to minimize the mess and made sure to run water down gutters) and the cost was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the timing, professionalism and cost and will definitely have Eric back in the future.

Job went well. Used cedar as specified. Painted all replaced trip and boards. Also job was four stories high so nothing we were going to tackle on our own.

e Eric is always on time, does the job and you would never know he's been there. This year he was early and I wasn't home. He did the work, of course. I knew he'd been there because I could see the gutters free of thleaves that had been there. I called him and sent him a check. He is always great. He keeps me on his list and does the work every year. He's honest and doesn't do things when not needed. He returns phone calls and is a pleasure to do business with.

Eric was extremely responsive and did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters of a cottage recently purchased in West Brookfield MA. He removed pine needles and "gunk" and disposed of the debris. When I messaged him he responded the next day and was at the house the following day. He did a great job and was able to fix all the problems. There were more problems than I expected and he fixed them and then stayed true to his first very reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again.

We bought an older house that needed some work done. We found Eric on Angie's List and decided to give him a try. He showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. 3 months later and the chimney caps and flu seals are still on and doing their job. Since that job we have also hired him to fix a few other things including our garage door. We are definitely going to hire him again for other projects.

This went well. I had called other roofing contractors they did not want to do the job because removing the satellite might result in a leaky roof. Lavallee did a totally professional job. He used an epoxy specifically designed to seal up the holes in the roof left behind by the satellite dish. He took the time and did it right.

I called in early morning and services were completed by 2:00 PM. The weather was horrible and he came anyway even though I asked if he wanted to wait for better weather. He set us up for regular gutter cleaning and explained what he thought we needed on a yearly basis based upon what type of leaves were in the gutters. This was less than what I thought I needed. Overall, he was professional, responsive and just generally did a great job.

Cut both large and small limbs from trees and ground a stump. Performed work in a professional, timely manor at a reasonable price. Cutting, grinding and post clean up were of high quality. Would recommend to a friend.

The integrity and the work ethic of that young man is absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend him ever. I was just so impressed with him. I like to use local people in the area. I called a couple of places and got estimates and talked to people. He came in with the best price so I said okay. I didn't know any different. I was satisfied with it. He made an appointment with me and he showed up here at my door in a monsoon. It rained so bad that I was sure he would call and cancel but no. First thing in the morning he was knocking at my backdoor and I even said to him that I don't mind if he want to reschedule. He did it. He cut down those two enormous trees in the pouring rain. I intended to help but he didn't let me out in the rain to help him. He loaded all the trash in the truck, hauled it away. He made three trips. He went home at one point and changed his clothes because he was so wet but he didn't stop until the job was done. That was my first encounter with Eric Lavalle and that just impressed me to no end. I had another issue with a branch, maybe a 40 ft branch hanging in about 8 feet off the ground on the side of my house from an ice storm. And I called and said can you do this? Everybody was calling but I was a repeat customer,. He came here the next day and said "I'll take it down now. I am really busy. I can't come back. Let me do it now. You are a repeat customer and I want to take care of you." I was impressed!. I can't say enough about that young man.
