Door was installed within date range given by sales person. Installer arrived on day and time arranged. Work was promptly completed with no issues. I was satisfied with the results and would recommend them.

We hired this company to replace our steel garage door, install new vinyl weather seal and a new key switch. On Sept. 18 an installer arrived on time and finished the job in approximately 3 hours. I was very satisfied with the result. The new door was connected to the existing garage door opener, which was 20 years old, but was working fine. Cost: $915. 2 days later, I noticed that the opener's chain was sagging and it was having difficulty opening and closing the new door. I took a closer look and noticed that the cable (attached to the chain) had fallen off the pulley at the door end of the opener. I made a service call. On Sept. 26 a technician arrived, fixed the cable and tested the opener. He tested the opener and told my wife that the motor had a bad capacitor. He did not have a replacement on his truck. He told my wife that we had 2 options: (1) schedule another service call to replace the capacitor, or (2) schedule another service call to replace the opener. Option 1 would cost $215 ($95 for each service call, plus $25 for the capacitor); option 2 would cost $296 (no charge for the service calls). We chose option 2. A few days before the opener was scheduled to be installed, I noticed a 12-inch scratch on the outside of the new door. I called and spoke to my sales rep, who said the technician would bring some touch-up paint. I wasn't happy with that solution for a brand new door, but decided to wait and see. On Oct. 2, a different technician arrived at 5 PM to install the new opener. He was scheduled to arrive sometime between 2 PM and 4 PM. I showed him the scratch in the door and left at 5:30 for a 6 PM appointment. I arrived home after dark; my wife said the technician had finished at 6 PM. He said to call the office if I wasn't satisfied with the door paint touch-up. The next day I inspected the door; the touch-up was successful - no sign of the scratch - and the new opener was working fine.

A salesman by the name of Jason came out to give me an estimate. I found him to be very professional and helpful in educating me. Because of this, I decided to go with Overhead Door and I wasn't disappointed in the rest of the process or final result. I found the office helpful in answering any questions that I had. The installation was done when promised and the two men who did the actual installation I thought did a great job and left the job site clean. The door itself looks terrific and has really added to the curb appeal.
