I'm pleased with them the price was really good, the guys works hard, very pleasant ,good job, it was a complicated situation but he did a nice job he's a good guy and I never had any issues.

They promptly got someone out to my house for the repair, which was greatly appreciated. The repair was incredibly simple. So simple in fact, a reputable contractor wouldn't have charged for the repair as it was simple an issue with pulling the lock in a slightly different direction to attach the door back to the chain via the linkage. Maybe I have worked in the past with contractors who are a bit more old fashioned, but in my experience what happened is a bit unbecoming of a reputable business. My frustration with the service simply comes from being charged $109 when I was never told or given any indication I would incur a charge for the visit. In fact, I decided not to have other companies come out after learning they charged a service call. Had I known this, I would have instead called additional companies. Instead I asked for both a repair and replacement quote, which the website even mentions they provide free quotes with no specification to whether it is a repair or for replacement, and there was no mention of a service charge. After getting the quote I was surprised by and told I had to pay $109 and that I would only get part of the money back if I decided to use their company to install the new garage doors.

New garage doors were installed however all the framework around the garage door was damaged and I'm still trying to get them come to fix what they have damaged. As of 5/25/17, they have still refused to fix the problems. In response to the comments they have left on this review: They claim that they have tried to contact me, which they have not. He says they did not do any damage. His offer was to take my garage doors back and refund me, but that would leave me with no garage doors, and the casing is still banged up.

The process seemed great then a series of misques by sales person and warehouse person requried me to keep chasing them. Was about to give up when I read a response to a bad review by the owner that had his cell #. So I called him and things got done. Installers were punctual and good

Good product and good installation. It took them a full day. There were two workers. I did call them about a glitch and never heard back from them so they could respond to issues a little bit better. The glitch went away but I think I called them twice.

Job was done quickly and doors are working great.

It went very well. The woman who answered my call was very helpful and quickly made arrangements for a service call. Within about 2 hours a gentleman, Michael, arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went to work. He completed his work in a little more than an hour and the door seems to be working perfectly now. I was very pleased with my experience.

Representative arrived when promised. Very professional. Gave me a quote and we agreed on the price. Received quote by email email the next day. Scheduled the appointment and the crew arrived on time when promised. Installation went smoothly.

No show. I lost an afternoon of work.

The service rep called to give me to let me know that he would arrive in 20 minutes, arrived on time, was very courteous, and provided me a wealth of information on how to address my garage door problems. He showed me how to fix the problem and prevent future issues. I had an older door that he couldn't easily fix without changing it out. However, the problem wasn't as bad as it looked. If and when it comes time to change out my garage door, I'll be sure to call on Overhead Door Garage Headquarters.

They were excellent. It took five weeks to get the door because it was a special order. They also don't place the order for three days because there was a clause that some people can back out within three days.

They were excellent. The gentleman was very informative and polite. He was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I called one morning to request a repair of our not-particularly-new garage door which had stopped opening. The person who answered was polite and passed a message to the dispatcher who responded very quickly and set up an appointment for that afternoon. The technician who came up (Justin, I think, but unfortunately I don't remember) was very prompt and polite. He very quickly repaired one problem and upon checking that work discovered that our photo eyes had stopped working. He was very concerned about the value I was getting for my money--he quoted the prices for the replacement photo eyes and pointed out that the cost of replacing the entire motor was not significantly more if we were getting a new door anyway, so we decided to wait. I found him very knowledgeable and would use this company again.

They were professional and they arrived on time. They understood the product and what was needed.

Work was done correctly and the mechanism has worked fine since installation.

Due to very lousy experiance trying to get installation done since company uses outside contracters for residential work and then they could not control the outside contracters the company hired several appointments were setup but door was never installed, once installer showed up and refused to do the installation due to garage not clean enough for him and then they could not setup a job with ample staff to perform work since I needed to get work done on a saturday so I could get extra help of my own to make garage acceptable to the installer on the day they would do the work. I ended up cancelling order & getting a door from another company and then it took a month to get deposit back.

The firt call was returned within a couple of hours. After the scope of work was determined, scheduling was handled through an office in Providence. We had to change the schedule visit once to accomodate my schedule, which the company handled smoothly. The return visit was prompt and efficient. Overall, a pleasant expereince. I would recommend this company and gladly do business with them again.

I would say give them a call for the estimate, they are very nice to deal with. Just slow with the written details and we were looking for an asap deal.
