Contractor performed service while I was away for the day. I had forgotten he was coming to the house. I drove by my house, because I did not recognize my driveway; it looked too nice to be my home. The children loved riding their bicycles, razors and kiddie toys on the smooth surface. They were really happy. My husband was extremely pleased with the results. Received compliments from neighbors and request for the contractor's name.

New Mark Pavement Marking did a great job in sealcoating our home driveway. We had ordered this in April but wanted to wait until the end of the season because Summer is a time when we have other workmen coming into the driveway, some with heavy trucks. So we wanted to ensure that most of this traffic was over before sealcoating was performed. The work was actually done in early October due to rain in the last week of September. New Mark came in, filled some of the smaller cracks, and performed the sealcoating effort exactly as planned while we were away. When we returned, the driveway looked like new and was marked off with yellow tape so no one would drive on it. All in all, this was a very seamless process. This was sealcoating and is not to be confused with actual paving which we did not need. But it saved a lot of time and effort on our part, and dealing with this company was very easy. I would use them again.

They arrived on time, and did a great job. 20 year old driveway looks excellent now. They took the time to clean out out all of the cracks before sealing, took the time to explain to my wife what they were going to do, and what they did afterwards. I had a "deal" for $179, and when Mark came out to quote it, he noted that it exceeded the maximum square footage for the deal, and gave me the excess charge, which was extremely fair/reasonable. Once the job was done, the invoice was sent to my Angie's List inbox and it was exactly to the penny what was quoted. Great job, great company, and will use them again and again in the future. Highly recommend you do too!

JOB WAS NEVER STARTED, REQUEST FULL REFUND This is the summary of what i did since my purchase on 8/17/15? call new mark left message to find out what i suppose to do, because i am new to Angie's list.call 2nd time same thing left message, no one from new mark get back to me. in mid September recd call with angry tone from new mark, claim address was wrong is a business, the special offer only good for residential, OK if they return my calls it should not happen, then gave my home address and told them need the walk way + drive way done together, frontage of property is from telephone pole to telephone pole.recd call few days later from owner of new mark, claim walk way + drive way will be cover with special promotion price after he inspected the property himself, and schedule us on 9/29.for the week of 9/29 weather were bad, i was expecting a call or an email to re-schedule, so we can prepare for them, not a single call. 10/5 around 4.30pm they just show up and told my wife to move cars out from garage or they will block in for a couple days, the most interesting part was 1/2 the walk way will be seal, the other half is not cover, call and spoke to the owner of new mark, he admitted he make a mistake on the estimate, will charge $50.00 additional then dropped to $30.00, or they will pack up and go, just asking for a refund.for the principle told them to get out of my property, it is not worth the saving to deal with company like this, NO COMMUNICATION, lies about call me and not return calls??? **** my cell also a biz phone answer 100% of all calls

We had New Mark resurface our asphalt driveway. They were responsive to all our emails about timing/scheduling, showed up on time on the agreed upon day, checked in when they arrived and before they left. They were careful not to get asphalt on a fresh landscaping project.

After some initial confusion on the schedule date via email, the crew showed upon on time on Sept 1, did a quality job, and cleaned up well. Would certainly recommend them to others for this service.

Nothing. They didn't even have the courtesy to call us back!! Not good for a Company to have this kind of ratings!

Provider did an excellent job. They arrived when expected and proceeded to do the service which was done with professionalism and experience. The result was a great job. Everything was done cleanly and neatly and several people remarked at what a good job they did. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Above.Answered a few questions when I woke up without difficulty, and did the job well. I am very pleased with their work. Two workers showed up about 9 a.m. and were out by 11:30 a.m. or before. They finished up the work without issue, and were good enough to answer all questions I might have had.

Excellent! James was very responsive and kept me up to date on when the sealcoating would take place. I was a little bit of a pain with changing dates and he was very accommodating. When his employees did show up for the job it was a hot Friday afternoon. It was the last job of the day for them. Like anyone else, I'm sure they were ready for the weekend. They took their time and did a great job. I was very happy with the outcome. This was something I was thinking about doing myself. After seeing how much work was involved, I am very happy I hired New Mark to do the work. Well worth the money. Very tedious, detail orientated work that James' employees did without issue.

Two guys in 90 degree weather, so polite, so meticulous, really well done job. They were so careful and yet fast! I tried to get them to drink lemonade because of the heat - but they really didn't stop - real craftsmen! A bunch of other contractors stopped to admire and write down the name on the truck - and commenting on the work. Very pleased. Glad I joined Angies.

They left a nice thick and even coat. The driveway looks great, brand new and 100% better. There were some big uneven cracks we patched before they came. Now there's no sign of them. The crew even moved a heavy basketball net that was partially on the edge of the driveway, pulled the long grass growing under it, and swept up the sand. They clearly take pride in their work.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent! They came out to survey my driveway before scheduling the work. The job was scheduled soon afterwards. Most of the communication was done via the Angie's List messaging feature, including the invoicing at the end of the project. It was really easy and New Mark was very responsive to all of my messages. The quality of work was excellent as well. They thoroughly cleaned the driveway before sealing. I asked for a double coating since it was the first seal since repaving my driveway a couple of years ago. They placed yellow caution tape around the newly sealed area to keep cars and people away. I have received compliments from my neighbors as well. My driveway does look as good as new! I should also mention another nice deed that New Mark did without any fuss. I failed to move some items (such as old rims and other "junk") off my driveway prior to the scheduled appointment. To be honest I forgot all about the scheduled appointment. They cleared off the driveway so they could start the work. It's the little details that also make me appreciate the service that was provided. I imagine you would not be disappointed when choosing New Mark. Grade A+

I emailed New Mark through Angie's List for driveway sealcoating. As it was the beginning of September I knew the company may have already been booked for the season, which was the case. However, the response from James was immediate and professonal, almost apologetic, far being so busy. I appreciate his rapid reply and how he handled options for Spring 2016 scheduling. I would suggest using New Mark based on customer service alone.

Purchased a deal for $179 and the additional sq footage of the driveway cost me $146. Good price based on some of the other quotes I had gotten. There were some delays in responsiveness, but that was because of the company being very busy with work - I gave them a B just because I had to do so much follow-up, but they were very apologetic about the delays. The crew came out as scheduled and were very meticulous about the process. After they put a single coat on, they really inspected it well and decided to recoat most of it to make sure it was sealed up nicely. In total, only took about an hour to complete but looks like a new driveway now! I will definitely use their services in the future.
