I told them on 2 different occasions to let me know when they arrived so I could take my car out of the garage as I would need to use it during the day or two it would take the sealer to dry. Luckily I heard noise in the driveway but they had already started spraying in front of the garage door. I let them know I wasn't happy that no one rang the bell. I calmed down and talked with them and later on offered them cold drinks. I was on the porch when they finished and one of the guys wanted me to come down and check the work before they left, I told him it looked alright from here. He said no walk around the driveway, I told him it was wet and he said no its a different color up where they had started the job. Reluctantly I walked out, took several steps and said no its wet and walked up the stairs. I told him now I have sealer on my shoes and the porch steps. He told me it would wash off, but it did not. I took this as a sign the guy was mad at me since I complained about them not ringing my door bell to take my car out of the garage. I called the owner later after I saw my footprints in the sealer and he argued with me that his guy would not have asked me to step on the wet driveway. I told him I was smart enough not to do that myself. Finally he said he would come by and look at it. After he did he called and said he would touch it up for me and clean the stairs. I still saw the footprints afterwards!

We hired New Mark for driveway sealing. When we initially reached out, they were immediately responsive. We had a quote from them within a couple of days of the initial call. We had to reschedule a few times because of weather and one point where I was certain we had a scheduled a particular day, only to find out they had a different day on their calendar. But aside from that, they came when they said they would and did excellent work on the driveway. I would definitely hire them again.

Best job from anyone I have ever used

New Mark did a great job making our driveway look nice again! Our driveway is large (over 1700 sq. ft.) and we were made aware before any work started that there would be an extra cost to cover the overage. The overall price was not unreasonable. The crew came out at the time promised and did a great job, especially around our decks with white trim. There was no evidence of any "splashing" or anything like that, it was very neat! The only "issue" we had was with the edges of the driveway, but James (the owner) addressed it very professionally and without question. In fact, he himself came back to trim back the grass and seal the edges. To me this shows great integrity and pride in getting the job done right, I was very impressed! Together with the good quality of work at a fair price, I would absolutely recommend New Mark to others!
