I had James the owner of New Mark do my family's Residential income units. James and his crew were prompt , courteous and preformed the work as agreed upon . worked on a time line and left efficiently and clean. Job Well Done.

I hired this company and was very pleased with there work, I was very satisfied with how professional the job was done and the company is excellent. I would recommend anyone to utilize this company. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them and refer them to my friends and family.

It didn't. I got a call from a representative that they didn't service my town (Millis, Massachusetts) and that I had to secure a refund. I can't recall if I was told if the refund had to come from Angie's List or fro PayPal for services not received. Would someone contact me to let me know from whom I will have to secure a refund, please?

They were fine. In fact they did a little extra on a path next to my driveway without asking, which was fine. They were good. They were conscientious. I fault myself for not being around as much as I could have been. They were find. They went a bet beyond than what they had to do doing the joining path. If I was around I would have encouraged them to do that. They were pleasant, courteous, on time and efficient. I'd recommend them.

It was not wonderful. He didn't do a good job. I was not pleased with it.

I never had my driveway sealcoated before hiring these guys last summer. I had an expectation of uniformity of color. I have been trying to overlook these stripes and gross imperfections since they were last out. They tried several times to get things right which I appreciated. And I have texted them and asked them to still try to make things right. However, it still very much bothers me that this is how my driveway has looked since the day they left. And my camera phone pictures dont really show how bad it is. Hate being negative because he seemed like a nice guy and they tried . Actually considering getting estimates to get it redone. If anyone has recommendation. Ty

I am very pleased. The New Mark Pavement Marking Inc workers did an excellent job and took the time to seal all cracks in the pavement no matter how small. After 30 days I still believe the work done was of high quality. The workers were very courteous and answered all my questions. I did have a little problem getting the work scheduled. I believe this was due to it being at the tail end of the season, but better communication and responsiveness would have been appreciated.

good job but there was an additional charge of $50 because the driveway needed to be squeegeed because the sealer was being applied for the first time. Driveway was 800ft2 so within the $249 stated price.

It was good except that it was somewhat misleading. The deal was for $179 and then I found out later when they do the sealing of the cracked spots then you have to pay another charge, for like, $175 or something like that.. I felt it was a little misleading. The company probably has its side of the story too. Maybe there was something I overlooked or missed. I would write to them and I wouldn't get response for a few days. My advice to others is that even though the deal says what it is, maybe extra things are not mentioned. The price seemed like what it should have been. This was my first one and I have not seen any others to compare.

I can not say enough about working with James. He was wonderful to work with during the estimate and confirmation of the services. I had a few minor concerns and James took action right away and promised to make it right. He had his crew return and fix my concerns and went way above and beyond. If you are looking for residential or commercial services for sealcoating, look no further. This company stands behind their promise.

Overall good experience. I had to reschedule the original date and James was very understanding of this. They did show up very late on the new day scheduled, though, and barely finished before dark, then it rained that night, so half of the sealant washed away. But James was very polite and accommodating when I asked them to return and re-seal the bare areas, and worked with me to ensure the re-sealing date was during a dry spell. The workers doing the re-sealing went above and beyond to ensure all went well, and I am happy with the final result.

Great. It took a while to schedule because James was very careful not to schedule when rain was coming. It took us 5 different dates, but they are finally done. My neighbor had recently done his driveway for more money. His contractor sprayed on the sealer and left within 15 minutes. The New Mark guys applied sealant with a sprayer and then carefully rolled it on making sure all surfaces were covered completely. They did forget one portion but came right back to finish it up. I hope James has a follow up call list, as I would like to protect my driveway on a regular basis and would use him again. Give me a call in a couple of years James!

It went fine. Communication was good, and the only frustration was delays caused by rain. The job was done well.

arrived on time.We had to reschedule a couple of times due to weather. Great job with seal coating. Noticed a few days after it was sealed and cured that an area at the top of the driveway did not take. He was prompt in returning my call and we will be rescheduling this spring for resealing. would recommend to others and would use agian!

It was okay, it wasn't that great. That was the problem there was a conflict with the scheduling so it was a while a few months because one time they were to come and they never showed up and no body called. the guy was rude to me the owner or whoever the guy was he was rude to me when I called to say well you know guys were suppose to come and such and such time.

The crew spattered the black sealant on the lower part of the front of the garage and the three garage doors. The company came and repaired the damage by painting over the affected areas, but I would have preferred that the damage had been prevented in the first place. They were very professional about it all, but the stress and added time and effort required to deal with the damage was not good.

Great job: the driveway looked brand new. The only problem is that some parts immediately started cracking again and when I called, they said they would come take a look and do that part over. They never did. It really was an amazing difference though for $199
