Description of Work: was not home when driveway was completed, however,my neighbors stated they came cleaned off the driveway , sealed some of the cracks then spayed on the sealant which they never saw spray on since they were use to seeing it done by a roller. They all stated how nice it looked and a few neighbors called asking for the phone number. Overall, I am happy with the completed job.

Description of Work: Driveway sealing. Purchased a deal from Angie's List. They were very quick to respond and come out to measure the driveway to confirm it wasn't too big for the price in the deal. They then scheduled a time for the sealing within a few weeks, and did the job when they said they would. Very pleased with the quality.

Description of Work: Did not return phone calls. Did not show up on the appointed day to provide the estimate. Did not call to cancel or reschedule. Left emails and voicemails which were not returned. Can not recommend.

Response from New Mark Pavement Marking Inc
I do not understand what she is pertaining to as I came and measured the driveway and was quick at getting the measurements to her on via Angie's List message center. I explained that there is an extra charge for filling cracks. She responded back 2 DAYS later saying that she could not do it at this time. I responded promptly on the SAME day and provided her with the number to call for a full refund. I was very responsive and do not know why she states we was not. I have pasted our communication: New Mark Pavement Marking Inc 8/23/2015 Good evening [Member Info Removed], there is an extra 395 sf over the deal. There are also large cracks that need hot rubber to fill. The crumbling areas cannot be filled because the foundation has failed underneath these areas. This would need asphalt. The extra charges to fill cracks with hot rubber and for the extra sq ft comes to $138.75. Please let me know if you would like to schedule. Description of Work: Sealed driveway for $199 and patched some cracks for additional $65. Easy to arrange, everything went smoothly and the driveway looks good. Only time will tell how it holds up, but, for now, no complaints.
