Bought a Big Deal for $179 to sealcoat the driveway. It tooks some time to schedule but I was in no rush and wanted the temperature to be warm enough. It was easy to get in touch with James via phone and though Angie's List. They filled lots of cracks and coated the driveway. It looks great and I would hire them again.

Had driveway seal coated and couldn't have asked for a better quality job. Arrived on time. And a must for me was that they actually answer the phone. Excellent work. Thank you!

The company was very responsive and proactively came out and looked at the job site. Instead of just taking the job they were very honest that we should consider re-paving as we would not be satisfied with work of just re-sealing the driveway. I am very appreciative of their honest and business integrity. I am so very relieved of the ease of requesting a refund from Angie's list. James and the crew at New Mark Pavement were great. They contacted me to work on a date to sealcoat my driveway and delivered. The day they were supposed to come it rained so they were very quick in rescheduling me and when they showed up, they were thorough and very clean. They took their time to clean off the driveway from any debris before starting and then took their time making sure the edges were covered without getting any product on the house. The crew was very personable and I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

They came to measure the driveway, and told me that it can also cover the walk way. Because my other project, I have to re-schedule the job, and they were happy to fit my schedule. My driveway was in questionable shape; looks beautiful now. I purchased the $179 deal, and was quoted for the additional fee to complete my large driveway. I did have to initiate contact to get the final amount, but I think I was pushing to get it done. I was very pleased and would definatley recommend New Mark Pavement Marking to anyone looking for professional, timely service! Thank you...you guyrs were great!

In the long run, they did a good job. It was rainy weather, and they said they’d follow up and didn’t. They said that they’d call, but didn’t. We had to hound them to come out, and when they finally did though, they did a good job.

It looks good considering we really needed to repave driveway. They filled all cracks and sealed driveway. We have a very large and long driveway. We had got a groupon for $179.00 for 800 sq.ft. Our driveway is much longer. We paid an additonal $886.60 for the extra footage. Total was $1065.60. It took a good four hours. They blew away all debris and pulled any weeds coming up through cracks. It looks so much better. They were courteous and professional. My only complaint would be the time. They said they would be there at 9 am and didn't show up until 12:30 pm. We had to call and find out if they were still coming.

Had landscaping being done which had to be finished first. They were very flexible as I changed appointment dates and puctual on the final scheduled date. Very careful as to not get seal-coat on adjacent granite / steps

I am getting a refund because the provider does not come to my area. He was very good in his communications with me.

New Mark did an excellent job for us. Scheduling was easy (thru e-mail), a two-man crew showed up at exactly the time predicted: they were friendly, efficient (as they were blow-sweeping the driveway clear of leaves & twigs, they cleaned out our garage pavement as well: 3 or 4 extra minutes for them with their blower, which would have been a messy 20 or 30 minutes for me with a broom!). They left our driveway looking nearly brand-new. We had taken advantage of an Angie's "special deal," which covered a fixed area ($179). We were not at all surprised that we had plenty of "extra area" to cover, & the bill for that extra ($212.68) was calculated exactly as per their estimate & seemed very reasonable. We will happily return to New Mark again for future needs, and would warmly recommend them for similar service.

It went well there was a little added cost because my driver was a little larger than the price covered, but I received this price before they started and they did a good job.

James from NuMark was very professional. He contacted me right away once I have bought the angie's list deal for resurfacing my drive. We made an appointment and he arrived on time on the day. He and his team were done within a few hours and completed the job with utmost care and professionalism. I will be sure to use NuMark again in the future and highly recommend their services. Thanks.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for $179 which covered seal coating of my driveway up to 800 square feet but we knew our driveway was larger than that and paid the additional $58 for the extra length. There were a couple of delays due to rainy weather, but we finally got it done on 5/27. Driveway looks great.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for $179 which covered seal coating of my driveway up to 800 square feet. I knew my driveway was larger than that, and I knew that it would be $0.25 for each additional square foot. I called James before buying the deal, and he told me he'd like to come out to price the job before buying the deal, to make sure I'd know the total. He called me just as he promised, and told me what the additional square footage was (slightly less than what I measured), and told me what the total would be. I told him that would be fine and I'd be buying the Angie's deal. The day he was supposed to come to do the work, James had an unexpected issue and couldn't do the work that day. He let me wife know in the morning he wouldn't be able to come, but re-scheduled it for a mutually agreeable time. He did the work as promised (I paid $40 extra to have the work done by a squeegy vs. spraying the coating, since I heard it might last a bit longer), and I was immediately happy with the results. When I examined the work closer after the 24 hr waiting period, I noticed a small area where the coating peeled back, and what appeared to be a small hole in the driveway. I called James and told me what he thoguht the problem was (despite the cleaning, an excess build-up of sand around my driveway catch basin didn't allow the coating to adhere well). He came out a day or two later, filled the hole and re-sealed that area. James followed up to make sure I was happy with the follow-up repair and told me to call him if there were any other issues. For me, not only was the price reasonable, but the attention to customer concerns was top-notch. You can't buy good customer service, and James from New Mark provided great customer service!

They cleaned it down, any debris or anything was removed and put the fillings on and it looks fabulous. They're very straightforward, explained what they were going to do because it was a first time filling, they were going to bring it on. They did a wonderful job.

James was initially very good at keeping in touch with emails and was very professional. Unfortunately, the day the driveway sealing was originally scheduled for (May 28) was rainy, so they could not do it. They did not call to tell me this though, or contact me about rescheduling, so I emailed them the next day. Three days later, on June 1, I got an email saying they would do it on the 2nd, which they did. So in summary, there was largely good communication until the pause on the scheduled day, and good work was completed. I got a discount because it was an Angie's List Big Deal.

There were a couple of delays due to drizzly weather, but we settled on May 29th. The men came and went right to work cleaning up the areas with weed whackers and power-blowers. They did a very good job of preparing the surfaces. Then they laid down the sealant all along the edges and spread it with hand tools. The last step was to spray the sealant all across the pavement from edge to edge. The two men who came were proficient and fast. The driveway looks brand new. They suggested that we let it cure for 24 hours before driving on it. It is a pleasure to look at now.

I have a 2800sq ft driveway. They wanted twice as much to do all of it than a quote I had already gotten. The big deal was for 800 sq ft.

Here is our correspondence, judge for yourself if you would choose to work with this company: James, I have finally made it to the house to see your work. I have to say that I was seriously underwhelmed with the work you have performed. To be perfectly honest it is as bad as it was before and in my opinion I have completely wasted $175. This is in addition to the complete mix up on your end with the location of the house after I have repeatedly told you (please see above) where the house is located. If you had looked at it in the many months prior to scheduling and you had informed me that you cannot or will not seal the cracks I would not have asked you to perform this job and would have made a different arrangements. Jana, I can understand if my employees sealed the wrong driveway, BUT THEY DID NOT! I caught the error and completed the job on a driveway that YOU wanted sealed. You mentioned that it looks as bad as it did before... I do not understand why you would want to seal it instead of repaving it if you knew it was in really bad shape to begin with. I mentioned that the driveway is crumbling and should be addressed with new asphalt or patched. We still proceeded on Phil's orders. A scathing review is welcomed as I will have a chance to respond. Bought this service as an Angie's list deal. I was promptly contacted, scheduled for a few weeks out, which was perfect for me. The driveway looked great.

They were very pro-active and customer oriented but when they went to look at the job they indicated a need for additional costs which were higher than I expected so I could not go forward.

Purchased the service through an Angie's List deal. New Mark arrived when they said they would, and completed the job perfectly in about 30 minutes. Workmanship was flawless...would use again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They did a good job, were right on schedule, the price was very competitive and they were recommended. The work was done really well. I interacted with James and that worked out fine. I spent additional over the price of the $179 Big Deal because my driveway was bigger than was specified in the deal. The final price was roughly $500.

There were two men here doing the work and they were friendly. The work did not take long, it took about 35 minutes to complete. They did a very good job. They cared about what they were doing and took their time along the edges where the grass was growing. They seemed to know what they were doing.
