The provider did not return calls at first, and was not responsive to inquiries about the additional cost of repairing pot holes. When the service of sealcoating the driveway was finally provided, however, the quality of the work was very good.

I think it went fine. They were pretty messy, especially an area well away from my driveway but they did the work and the driveway looks a lot better.

They did an outstanding job on everything. They did have some sealer splash up on my siding, but they came right back and took care of it promptly. Would highly recommend.

In the beginning, there were some scheduling errors that had me second guessing my choice for this project, but New Mark staff showed up at 9AM sharp on Monday morning and got started. We were offered a spray coat or a hand brush seal coat, and we chose the hand brushed option. The work was done in under an hour and the results are spectacular. The edging is perfect and they even created a small lip at the end of the driveway to keep water from drifting back off the street into the driveway. Other the the scheduling mix up, I am extremely happy with the results of our purchase and I highly recommend this service company.

I used a similar deal last year. When I power washed my driveway, I realized that I do not need this service at this time.

Angie's list price was far below was was paid. Although it was clear the $149 covered X of square feet, it cost an additional $230 for what I thought was a typical driveway size. Since the $149 was already debited to my account I had them do the job. I was also under the mistaken impression the sealing would make the driveway level. After the first rain there were a few areas that puddled up. It was also completed with a few rough spots left behind. Perhaps I was expecting too much and did not read the fine print as carefully as I should have.

Spoke to them on Monday, August 18 and they stated that it was going to be more money. They stated that they would be coming by on Tuesday to look at the job. They never showed up and never called.

It was an overall good experience. Scheduling was fast and kept me informed of approximate time job would be done. Driveway looks good and area was cleaned up and neat.

He arrived on time and sealed my ddriveway. He also edged the driveway.

Company cannot perform service using a safer product other than coal tar, which is a known carcinogen.

They called and set a date for the sealing & showed up on that day and did the job. It seems to be fine.

Long lead time to schedule, both originally and after weather delay.

Excellent job. Protected grass/garage from splatter. Neighbours praised finished driveway.

JAMES GAVE ME ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED THE DEAL. WORK WAS DONE THE NEXT MORNING, CLEANED THE DRIVEWAY BEFORE SEALING. EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN THE NEXT 36 HOURS. James, James and James did a great job.

Michelle Boucher 7/31/2014 Please refund payment. I knew that the cost would be over $149 but you have more than doubled it. I did not plan to spend $413.75! That pretty much says it all. So far I am not impressed with Angie's List. The company did not even try to explain why their cost was so high just gave me a number to get my money back.

Never met in person but received text from contractor.

They showed up on time and did the work, but I felt as though they rushed through the job simply because it was smaller in terms of scope. They also charged extra for cracks that were pretty standard in terms of size which I disliked.

A pleasure doing business with James, prompt response to phone calls, explained in detail how the job will be done and politely answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend to all.

They are wonderful and the experience was great. They showed up right on time. They were friendly and were nice to talk with. They got the job done in a timely manner.

The company showed up one afternoon. I obviously had placed the order and had received an initial response of the company receiving the request and that they would contact me with a date. Well, I heard nothing from them. I kept having to remind myself that I was going to have to call them to make sure they were still coming. Then, they showed up. Glad I was home. They said it had been a bad spring and that the previous client was not at home so they came to my house. Glad it's done. They did a good job and helped me move my stuff out of the back of the driveway, since i wasn't ready for them. All is well that ends well. Communication by the company needs to be better.

Received a quote that was too much for me.

They did excellent work, they are great people. I am very pleased.
