They arrived on schedule, and they sealed the driveway as prescribed in the deal. Unfortunately, it rained about fifteen minutes after the sealant had been applied, and I had to call them back a second time. They responded quickly to the call, but they were rushed when doing the second application and got sealant on parts of the house and garage door.

I ended up not using them due to additional costs. There were no details that clarified additional fees for the amount of cracks.

They were very responsive for scheduling. They called the day of the scheduled appointment to confirm the work. That is when they explained to me what they were going to do. The work was not what I had expected. For the deal, they were only doing sealcoating where I thought it would cover asphalt sealcoating. There was a miscommunication and they do not provide asphalt sealcoating. They were very nice and courteous. However, I did not have the work completed.

James responded to my call promptly and scheduled the appointment within a short period of time. His crew arrived on time and did their job well.

They did an excellent job in a timely manner.

It was good. We did not have to be home, which was perfect as we both work. The estimate was spot on and the pricing was very fair compared to other companies that I check out

Everything went well. They were professional and on-time. They did everything efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

The owners son &his associated arrived on time to measure the area. I felt the measurement was a little off &the owner personally re measured the area & corrected the measurement. I was impressed with his prompt attention to this matter along with his total honesty. We planned on a specific day &time for the seal coating& hhis crew arrived on time. They were very efficient & thoroughly prepared the area by cleaning it prior to performing the job. They also repaired some cracks free of charge. The owner came out to check the work& to ask if I was satisfied. This is a great company & I would recommend them to anyone needin this type of service

The guys showed up and worked quickly to seal coat my driveway. They paid special attention to where the driveway met my foundation and garage threshold. Very neat -- no overspill. I give the service a C, however, because I'm not sure they used the best material. Our driveway is less than two years old and it's been seal coated twice (including from New Mark). Less than a month after New Mark seal coated our driveway, it began showing alligator cracks -- minor spiderweb-like separations. Before they seal coated, the driveway was solid, so I know that this spider webbing is just the seal coat material. I'll definitely use another seal coating company in Spring 2015 to try to fix this damage.

I was not happy with it. It was put on thinly, like water. When they do it, they put it on with a squeegee which causes streak marks, which go side to side. They were on time and pleasant but I was not pleased with the work.

They were very good. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were very professional and very nice. I didn’t have to worry about it at all.

I wasn't able to obtain the service due to weather related issues. However, the company kept in constant communication over the 2 weeks we were trying to schedule it and didn't hesitate to offer a refund for the coupon I had already purchased.

I purchased a driveway seal coating service for $179.00, paid for by credit card. The next day the provider emailed that they had too many takers and could not supply service until next spring. This is a very bad first experience with my Angie's List membership, and I have no intention of renewing after the one-year membership. I would not recommend Angie's List to anyone asking my opinion. Unhappy customer!

Each time we arranged a date to have the service performed it rained and now we have been told they're no longer doing any driveways the rest of year.

James was friendly, courteous, and professional. New Mark did a great job, including dealing with moss on the driveway and sealing various small cracks. I would definately call New Mark for such work.

Company was responsive and communicated re: scheduling.Price was somewhat more than others I had gotten estimate from but went with New Mark since they were on Angie's List and others had failed to schedule. Have not had driveway sealcoated prior to this experience so difficult to properly evaluate quality of work.

They didn?t have the materials to fix the issue. They were very responsive and professional, but just couldn?t perform the work.

They came on Monday and looked at the driveway for the seal coating we purchased. He called back late on Tuesday and said it would not be in our best interest to do the seal coating because the job requires much more work than they could do.

What a great deal ! Real professionals.....the preparation work was very detailed. The coating is excellent.....in tight quarters they hand painted to insure complete coverage and keep everything neat. An unbelievable price ! If you are considering doing your driveway sign up for this deal right now.

Really well. I was not home but when I returned I noticed the nice job New Mark did, complete with stakes and caution tape.

James the owner, came down and quoted me an additional price of 131.50, plus the already purchased voucher of 178.00 for a total of 310.50. The additional money was to repair the cracks and for the additional square feet. Since I had already purchased the voucher I went ahead with the service even though this was turning out not to be a "great deal".James contacted me and we made a date to perform the service. Two men came down at noon time that day, cleaned out the cracks, filled them and sealcoated the driveway. By the time my husband came home from work he could see that the cracks were not filled properly because they were splitting and they had not cleaned out all the in the cracks.. I contacted James he came right down and agreed with me that the cracks needed to be redone and he would send over a team when they were in the area to do the repair. The same two men came back about 5-6 days later and filled the cracks again. One man said that WE should have cleaned the cracks out before they came to sealcoat the first time and this would not have been a problem he then he asked for a check. We were not informed that we need to clean out the cracks before sealcoating and when we have had this service done before this was always included in the price. Although James was very responsive, the job performed was done poorly. The cracks are still split and we will have to repair these.

The drive was needs to be asphalted before it can be seal coated so I had toget a refund until a later time when I can get the drive was asphalt repaired.

They came out and informed me that I needed to have my asphalt repaired before getting it seal coated, I really appreciated there honesty. I will be working with them next summer to get this project completed.
