Communication was great in what they were going to do, when they would arrive and follow-up to see if the service was performed as expected.

Unfortunately, this company was out of our service area. That said, they could not have been nicer or more professional. They emailed me to tell me how sorry they were, offered to refer me to a company within my service area, and even went so far as to request a refund from Angie's List on my behalf! Now that's a business with class. I would highly recommend, even though we weren't fortunate enough to be able to work with them!

They did such an AWESOME job cleaning my yard, that I will be arranging for them to provide regular yard maintenance.

it went reasonably well. I had the two workers stay for an additional hour and they completed most of the work. The system of dollars per hour divided by the number of workers is not a very satisfactory way of being able to calculating the end cost. I had more work to be done but due to the time/# of workers I was concerned about my inability to know what my cost would be. I'm not sure exactly how it works but I just felt like it ended up being more that I expected and would not use that method again as the ability to figure your cost before hand is not possible. I would rather have some one come and give me an estimate and then compare that with other providers to insure I was getting the best for my money. I had additional yard work done and used a local provider and was more satisfied being able to get a fixed estimate for the work and time.

From start to finish we had a great experience with JR's Landscaping. They were prompt, friendly, and professional on both the day of the estimate and the day they completed the job. When the crew arrived, they reviewed with us what was required and let us know that we were welcome to come out and ask for them to do something differently if needed. The option was never needed because they did a fantastic job all on their own. They brought all the tools required and got right down to work, clearing away several feet of neglected overgrowth all around the perimeter of our yard. I'm thrilled with the finished result; they helped us reclaim a large section of yard space. When finished, they even took a few minutes to chat with my inquisitive 3 year old, which was a very nice touch. Looking at their online pictures of walls, patios, and hardscapes, I can see they do an excellent job there as well. I am excited to ask them back next year to maintain the yard, and hopefully add a patio as well.

The crew was polite, professional and very hard working. Prior to leaving the crew asked me if I was happy with the job, which, of course I was. Matt couldn't have been better; he obviously is devoted to his business and cares.

We had a bit of a problem with getting the job done ,but once we settled that issue ,The crew did a great job !!!

My lawn needed quite a bit of work and this company came prepared. I was contacted within 24 hours after I chose their service from Angie's list. They arrived on time, and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Some companies that I've hired to work on my lawn haven't confirmed the work that I wanted done, but this was not the case with JR's Landscaping. They confirmed the work that I wanted done on the lawn, and then went right to work. I was very satisfied with the results. I also received a thank you card from them. A nice touch from them thanking me for using their services. I will be using them again to do a fall cleanup and also to help seed my lawn in the fall.

It went very well. The lawn, the grass was high. It really needed mowing. Tall grass around edges of things. Weeds and some leaf removal. So they had their work cut out for them. They did it all. They did a great job. Every detail I asked for they did it. It looks like a lawn should look. Very happy with the work. It is 100% different than it was. Feel that they will become my lawn service.

There was a special deal for landscaping for $139 for three hours of work. Valid for leaf and debris pick-up, up to 2 cubic yards of disposal, shrub and ornamental tree trimming, weeding, mowing, and other yard clean-up services. Additional cost of $15 per yard of disposal over 2 cubic yards. I had no trouble reaching JR's and explained to him that I wanted a 50 x 50 ft area cleared of tree branches, and weeds. I said they might need a chain saw to cut up some of the limbs, or I might be able to get that done beforehand. He said that the deal was really for more routine lawn maintenance and would not cover the job I needed done. Considering the above description of "the deal", I was disappointed and disillusioned. He said he would still be able to do it and still give me a break on the price but he'd have to come and see the job first in the next week or so. We agree that if I sent him email pictures of the site it would be helpful. I then took four pictures and emailed him. I never heard back from him and my email did not come back to me as "undelivered". I think he should have followed through one way or the other. It's too bad because I am now looking for some routine maintenance on the lawn and I won't be calling JR's back.

From the outset, JR's Landscaping was a blessing to work with. They respond immediately to emails and follow-up as soon as work is complete to make sure everything was done to our liking. I asked them specifically to clean out our garden as it had become overgrown, and even without being home, they did exactly what I asked. When we got home, our yard looked wonderful and clean. I plan on using them for our lawn care for the rest of the year as I was and continue to be so impressed with them.

JR's performed the services outlined in the Angie?s list deal and overall, I was very happy with the experience. I bought the deal on a Thursday and they performed the services the following Monday.They were very prompt and professional in all communications and even I received a follow-up phone call as well as thank-you card in the mail after the services were performed! Having contacted 4 other landscaping companies this spring, and not receiving a phone call back from any of them, JR's was a refreshing find and I will definitely use them again. The yard looks great!

I bought the Big Deal for $139 for 3 hours of dethatching and spring cleanup. I purchased the deal on Sunday and they completed the work on Wednesday. Matt was prompt in responding to my email. My yard has not looked this good in years! The two men worked quickly and were able to cover both the front and back yards in the allotted time. What a convenient, great service they provided!

It went very well. Same day I purchased the deal Matt emailed me. Two days later the spring cleaning and dethatching was done. They did an awesome job and I would definitely use them again. They were much better then a company I used a few years ago. Thanks Matt!

They came out two months ago. They did a good job. They did fine. I had no problem with them. They were efficient. They were very nice and accommodating. They came when expected.

We love the crew at Jrs great work and service. Definitely recommend will use again next year for sure!
