They were very good, on time and they know what they were doing.

So far, no problems. I have been impressed with JR's effort to keep its clients informed of the possibility of snow depths and their position on clearing it. This is my second contact through Angie's list and I have been most impressed with the services provided on both accounts!

JR's Landscape has been providing landscaping (i.e. mowing) and snow plowing services for my house in Bridgewater for the past 1.5 years and I'm very pleased. Matt is very responsive via e-mail when I have billing or service-related questions, and his crew members are prompt, professional and courteous. I also find the rates to be competitive. I highly recommend the services of JR's Landscape.

We have used JR's for landscaping in years past. Suddenly, someone started performing plowing services in late February. We didn't know who it was as we never saw the plows. We have never contracted for plowing services from anyone - we have a snowblower. I got a message after two storms from JRs asking what time we needed to be plowed out by. I returned the call and said we had never contracted through them for plowing services. The receptionist kept asking if I wanted to be taken off the plow list. I repeated that I didn't understand how we were on the plow list. I finally said yes and that I expected not to be billed for services. She became very unprofessional, told me she didn't like my tone, and that she couldn't not bill us. I replied that we would not pay for a service that we had not contracted for. She continued to berate me for being concerned about being billed for a service that we did not contract for. She ended by saying "bye bye" in a sing song manner and then hung up on me.

I've been using these guys for a year. This is a highly experienced landscaper. They take really good care and do the job right. Hard working crew. Very punctual.

180$ for one lawn mowing hahahahahah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just because we did it biweekly instead of weekly and now we are on weekly schdule for which we pay 50$ requested politely to pay 100$ instead of 180 but the answer was no Also it took 15 min for 2 people to mow our lawn, luckily i was home for last mowing so they are great on telling stories they said it took 3 people 3 hours hahhahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!! so its 180 $$$ please stay way from them, do it yourself if you have to rather than hiring them what a rip off !!!!!!!!!

This company was very responsive, answered multiple emails and educated us as homeowners who were brand new to lawn care and maintenance with patience and expertise. Manager advised that they are not a volume based company. Meaning they don't pay their guys by how much they can get done in a day and try to get things done fast. They take the time on each individual lawn for all of our customers. We enjoyed working with a gentlemen but did not hire for a job. We went with someone who offered a lower price foe services needed at a time. Bit they were among the last two candidates for the job. I would reccomend them with nodoubt.

I signed up for the deal listed on Angie's list after reading the reviews. I had never heard of JR's before. 10 days later a crew came and my yard has never looked better. They were professional and polite and all of the men worked very hard and got the job done within one day. I was extremely pleased and will be calling them again.

We have used the company three times so far this season. They did a great job. They were in contact with us each time to cordinate the time of the plowing to suit our needs. I would recommend them to anyone for snow removal.

Ive been using JRs for about three years now and they have been fantastic. Whether I'm using them for plowing, landscaping or to have my gutters cleaned, they are extremely punctual, knowledgeable, have good pricing and are always helpful and willing to answer my questions or take extra time to explain something. If you're looking for landscaping or plowing definitely give these guys consideration!

JR's Landscaping provided a clearly explained E-Mailed quote, and Matt was understanding and patient about answering my questions. Although I wound up not booking the job, the customer service provided was very good and I recommend giving them a call!

Matt is very knowledgeable and timely. He has great ideas and takes a personal interest in his work, he spent plenty of time going over all of the details with me. His customer service is excellent!.

They did some yard work a while back, and I wanted to hire them again for more work. It was very hard to get in touch with them after they did the initial job. He is more interested in doing larger jobs, not just lawn clean up.

The company is nice and pleasant but they do not stick to the prices they quite. Once for snow removal they randomly jacked up the price by $25/per removal saying "their trucks took a beating that season". Why that means they randomly invoice us for extra without notice is beyond me. Another time for landscaping they charged twice what was quoted, blaming us saying we asked them to do extra work. This is true we did, but we were not told it would be extra. We were told it was a flat rate to do a day's worth of work and that's what they did--One day's worth of work. Long story short we no longer use them. They just aren't professional enough. If prices change it should have been disclosed up front, not explained after we get a crazy high invoice.

Matt and his crew did all of our work with perfection. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked precisely within the time frame they promised. Matt met with us initially and outlined how and when our work would be done. He provided the price estimate and worked within budget. He saved us money whenever possible. An example of that is reusing our existing bricks instead of talking us into buying new ones. JR'S Landscaping is an excellent company. We highly recommend the work of Matt Hrenko and his crew!

We used a deal and had JR's landscaping perform a spring cleanup a year ago. This month, Matt gave us an estimate for installing a stone patio. It was a day or two before we made the first contact, but he was very responsive after that. He met with my wife and gave us a fair market estimate right in line with other contractors. We utilized a neighbor instead, but I would recommend Matt and JR's in the future and would use their services again.

The crew showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. Walked the entire property with the customer to assure everyone was in agreement as to the scope of the job to be done.
