they removed all vegetation and leaves. They mowed the lawn. This was a big job. Some of our vegetation were almost trees! Once again, they did a wonderful job.

The work they did was very good

Someone came with a plow. I had company at the time and did not see what he did until they were on their last run down our driveway. He had driven up and down our driveway with the plow blade up, compressing the snow which had fallen and did not plow any of it at all! The sides of the driveway had no mounds of snow. It had been a light, fluffy snow - not hard to plow. The next morning, the hard packed snow had turned into 2"- 3" of solid ice!? It took my husband, myself, a neighbor and our grandson 5 days to chip away at it to get rid of it! I contacted the owner and we agreed he would not send anyone again. I couldn't believe he had the nerve to send me a bill for $65.00 for "plowing!."

They responded to our inquiry on a timely basis and were very professional when coming out for the quote. However, their price for a "fall clean-up" was way out of our budget. We went with another well-known contractor in the area, who performed the service at about half the price and did a very good job.

They did an excellent job. Made the arrangement thru my wife, were punctual, and did a great job. I have no complaintsa and would use them again.

Installed pavers around the edge of my driveway, removed old bluestone and tamped down (rolled?) existing driveway sub-surface. I picked out the pavers at the local nursery and they picked them up (they were too heavy for me to transport.) All in all a great experience.

I was surprised by the bill at the end, which included an extra $430 on top of the deal we purchased for $179. Should have read the fine print closer, but in any event, I felt they overcharged (though this was the first time I've ever ordered a service like this, so I might be wrong about price). Wouldn't have purchased the service if I thought it would have cost this much. The work itself was fine (nothing really too difficult)

I purchased a $45 special for some ideas and pricing on upcoming projects. We played a little email tag trying to nail down appointment because of my work and travel schedule. Matt showed up on time and I was able to get all my questions answered and pricing for upcoming projects. Matt gave me some great ideas for perennial garden and how to keep my lawn green all summer. He sent over detailed email with everything we discussed and recommendations. im looking forward to working with matt and his team this spring. ada

They do a fine job for mowing and were on time. We did have an issue which they resolved quickly and were apologetic.

It went really well. the owner came by to give me an estimate within a couple days of contacting him, and the work was done only a couple of days after that

Purchased the deal for 3 hours of yard work. Instructed them to cut and trim all hedges and bushes. We have used them in the past and they always do a nice job. The work was completed only a few days after purchasing the deal. There were a few branches left in the yard but that is not really any big deal. Will definitely continue to use them going forward. Despite them having a backlog from all the work people wanted to get done once the snow finally melted. They were able to get out sooner than anticipated and cleaned up more than I anticipated could be done in the time we had purchased so we were greatly pleased with their work and will be contacting them about future projects.

Numerous email exchange after appointment was set and then rescheduled by Matt only to the point where I rescheduled my day and he was a no show. I certainly don't get the feeling that my 11K square foot lawn install is of interest.

The job was done in two phases, the cleanup and removal of weeds the first day. The next was planting and landscaping. Matt and his brother personally placed the plants where they should go for his crew. We really received personal service. I have also hired them for a cleanup of mt brothers property. Very last minute and they were able to do it on my timeline at an excellent price. It was a surprise for my brother and he LOVES what they did. I will be using them again for sure!

Due to it being summer, it took a little over a week for them to come out after I purchased *the deal*. They asked me what I was looking for and they came and did just what I asked. I was very pleased and will continue to use them to keep up my lawn. I highly recommend. As a female, I am always concerned that I'm getting taken advantage of but I felt the prices quoted were fair for the size of my yard.

the owner came out and explained everything - weeds, flowers, what to keep, what not to -- great suggestions for how to remove large areas of what we thought were flowers (weeds!) -- great guy, would highly recommend them!!

It went very well. They did an excellent job and they have continued to cut the grass on a weekly basis!

Great experience with Matt and his team from communication, hearing recommendations and execution. He worked within my budget and allowed me and the Mrs. to go back and forth with what we wanted to do (being landscape and gardening newbies). I wasn?t home for when the work was done but neighbors said the team worked extremely hard. Real test will be to see that the ivy and weeds do not come back as Matt's recommendation was to spray the affected areas so they do not return (pulling would be temporary so we opted to spray). Would not hesitate at all to recommend them and I have already. Currently awaiting a quote from Matt on new deck railing. Keep up the great work!

Excellent. Matt stopped by to check out the yard and let me know what could be done in that amount of time. Because there was a lot of work to be done, I prioritized the most important things to make sure they could get to those in the time-frame. I wasn't given an exact date of service, but his crew came over when they were in the area and performed the work. The yard looked great when they were finished! I was very happy.

Dealing with JRs went pretty well. It took a few emails to schedule and they were backed up. The emails were courteous and professional. It was the person who came out that I had an issue with. The person came out on a Saturday morning while I was on a bike ride. I don't know exactly how long the guy was there because he came and left during the course of my ride. I know that my bike ride took just over an hour. I have a small yard, a few thousand square feet, that I normally cut with either a push (non-powered) mower or an electric mower and it takes me about an hour. The technician couldn't get his big mower to the back yard because that has steps and he would have had to hand mow it. In short, I hardly got 3 hours of service. I don't know if this was just a problem employee or typical, but I wouldn't use them again.

Took them 2+ weeks to come out due to backlog and rain, but the finished product looked great. My main goal was to have them trim the bushes, which they did but they also mowed the lawn and edged around the mulch beds. Due to them doing the lawn/edging, they required more time than the deal included (another hour for three more guys at $65/hr each, which seemed a little steep) in order to finish the job. So all told it cost about $350 to have my bushes trimmed and lawn mowed. Again, the finished product looked great, but with a price like that I'll definitely be going back to doing it myself.

First time one manager came, he quote a price. Before contract signing, another manager came and quoted to the same job substantially different price. When I asked, they didn't have any good answer for this

The experience was okay. They did a little bit of extra work and wanted to charge us an additional hour's worth of work -- and didn't tell us this before they started. It all got settled however.

JR's arrived promptly. There were two workers so I had them for 1-½ hours each. They went right to work and did a great job of cleaning out the leaves and branches that had fallen from the tree in my front and side yards. I would definitely recommend JR Landscaping to anyone who needed yard work done. They answered all my questions and gave me suggestions as to what and where to plant some rosebushes I was thinking about.

It went fine. It was good for the deal that they offered. When I inquired about having work done, it just seemed a little bit higher than other estimates I got.
