Our company has been in business for 15 years. We service all areas. We pride ourselves on organization and a systematic approach. We run two lawn crews, and one project crew. We have a staffed office. We send out monthly bills and are willing to work with our customers. Communication is a critical component to all of our operations. We do a lot of email communication.

Description of Work: This service was an Angie's List special. The crew came and cleaned up our 1/2 acre plot for the spring. They did a great job! They were extremely efficient, polite, and professional. |Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The service did not go beyond the original scope of the deal. I hope to use them again.

Thank you very much for your review. Our goal is to always leave our customer's completely satisfied. We are not satisfied unless a customer feels that we provided A quality service. In this review we received a B. Which means we need to do better! Therefore, please contact us so we can make sure to provide you with the A quality service you deserve and we can touch up anything you need. During the spring season we do roughly 30+ dethatch and cleanups per week. Our scheduling depends on weather, location, time left in the day, as well as room left in the truck for organic material. Our crew was right in the neighborhood with extra time left in the day, and room left in the truck. This was the reason they stopped by unannounced. They were not anticipating doing the job that day. It just worked out they had some extra time and were close. The customer already had purchased the job, so the crew wanted to make sure they got to you as soon as possible.
