JLM Gutter Cleaning Service

They do a decent job, come without informing us about once a year and leave a bill. I don't interact with them and I have no idea when they are going to do it. Sometimes we are surprised that a gang of workers arrive with ladders and do the work. They clean up well afterwards. Our roofs are quite high (over 2 stories up) and they are in and out in less than 30 minutes.

They cleaned our gutters but splattered sludge (decomposed leaves, mud, etc.) all over the side of our house. I had to scrub the side of my house to get the stains off. Clumps of leaves and debris were left on my lawn. Also, the leaf clumps that were pushed down the downspouts were left inside the end of the downspouts so I had to manually clean those out myself. I expect a gutter cleaning service to not leave such a mess behind and remove all the leaves, etc from my property. Not a thorough job. Also I called to complain and no one ever got back to me. I won't be using them again.

We originally had our gutter cleaning scheduled for 1/7/15, but because the of the weather, and the gutters being frozen, they were not able to perform the work that day. However, when we had a few days of warmer weather, and things thawed out, the guys came out and did the job. They did a thorough cleaning, and also cleaned up the mess. We would definitely use them again (and would schedule our gutter cleaning in October or November, and not wait until December to get it on the calendar!)

We left three separate voice mails and got no response, unfortunately due to the good reviews out here we waited and then were unable to schedule anyone in the holiday rush. I understand companies get busy but not responding is not acceptable, a quick call to say we are too busy is all that was needed here.

It all went well. The next day we had a heavy wind storm and the down spout detached from the gutters. I called them back and they came back latter in the week when they were available and fixed it for us.

CAME ON AGREED UPON DATE AND DID A GREAT JOB

All went smoothly. They were on time, thorough, and cleaned up the debris from the gutters well. They also reattached a couple of gutter screens that had fallen off.

The appointment was set for a day that turned out to be torrential downpours. Re-scheduled for following Saturday and I explained that we had a family function at our home late that afternoon. The crew showed up very early, was respectful, polite, and quick. We will definitely use them again!

They were great. They cleaned the gutters on a 2 story home. They were efficient and did the work.

I would give them an A for everything. I think I may have had an Angie's List discount on that.

They were able to schedule me right away and they showed up on time. My request was to clean the gutters and to install gutter screens which I already bought - they're easy to snap in. The workers told me when they were here that they're too busy to do the screens. The cleaning took them all of 10 minutes. $130 for 10 minutes and they don't the time to install the screens? I will never use them again - and I can't be sure that they actually did anything.

Went well, no issues. Work was done in a timely fashion and well done. Only compliant is that they wouldn't take credit card for amount over a couple hundred dollars.

They showed up the very next day and started working right away. My husband went out and they showed him where a piece of the gutter was missing and needed to be replaced. They did not pressure him or give a quote or anything, they just let him know and left an invoice for the job done. I emailed the company and asked if they could give me an estimate on the piece missing and it was very reasonable so they are coming back out next week to install the piece and I will pay for the job then. Ann in the office was very pleasant to 'chat' with and I appreciate their prompt work and reasonable rates!

Scheduled the cleaning easily. The crew came out, maybe out three of them. The first thing that caught my eye was a guy WALKING on my gutters carrying a hand held leaf blower. I don't recall if they cleaned up all the junk that came out of the gutters. I needed to have a gutter company come out and repitch my gutters after JLM was out to clean them.

We've been on their regular schedule for a while now. They're prompt, do a thorough job, and keep me from having to get on a 20-foot ladder.

Arrived as scheduled and performed work as expected.

Moved into a house that probably had not had gutters cleaned in a long time so it was very needed. They got the job done, but I was not impressed. They showed up and started working while I was home and didn't bother to ring doorbell first. Also, lots of wet debris (it had recently rained) started flying around everywhere (they used what appeared to be leaf blowers to clear the gutters) and stuck all over the inside of a crank style window that was open and on some of the siding. They could have warned me to close the window. They were there for maybe 10 minutes at most. When I realized they had left a mess I called and they returned to "clean up" but really just took a hose to the siding and created huge puddles. The people I talked to on the phone were nice and apologetic but the cleaners themselves werent particularly friendly especially when they had to come back.

Excellent. They provided an estimate using Google Maps and cleaned our gutters the same week. Good service, punctual, clean job. Well done.

They were very professional, communicated in a timely manner, showed up when they said they would. Price was reasonable.

I was going to hire them to clean and repair gutters at 2 locations. The cleaning price was reasonable but price for repairs was insane! They were very responsive to emails but price just too high. I hired another company.

They were very responsive, they came when they said they would, and they did a good job. It was easy, and it was a pleasure to work with them.

It went great. They came out promptly and provided the estimate. They said they would come to do the work it June when they come to do the twice yearly gutter cleaning however they actually came in May. This was good because the gutter was hanging off of the fascia board which was completely rotted. In regards to the price, I did not get competitive bids because they already do my gutter cleaning and always do a great job so I can't really speak to how their price was relative to other providers. I will definitely use them again!

Signed up for the Big Deal a few years ago; JLM came and we signed up for a twice/year plan. They show up twice a year and leave a bill in the mailbox, which is more than the initial Big Deal, but worth it.

I have used their services for gutter cleaning. Communication via angie's list with them was easy. They promptly responded to my messages. They came to my house on the scheduled date and finished the job in 15-20 mins. I am happy with their professionalism and responsiveness.
