JLM Gutter Cleaning Service

Said they would come to give an estimate. I sat around waiting for a couple of hours. They never showed.

Appointment scheduled, they showed up as promised and cleaned the gutters for a good price, like they have done for several years. I called to report that one downspout was left clogged and gutters were overflowing. They promised to come and fix the issue. Never did. I will likely give them a pass since they have been good for several years, but it's just not good customer service to not follow through with an unhappy customer.

These guys clean gutter 3 times a year on my property,winter, spring, and summer. They came on service due to gutter overflow, however, I didn’t see them set up a ladder and climb to roof. The section of gutter is still overflowed in a storm within a week. Liars.

They never responded to my requests.

I'm sure they must be good but rain canceled our appointment and I'm expecting them to call for another. If I don't hear from them in a day or two to reschedule, I'll cancel them and hire someone else.

Set a time to come by the house. No Show !

We've been using them for number of years and we've been happy with them.

Excellent. On time and professional.

They were on time and got the job done without any issues or disruptions. I like that we didn't have to be at home while they were doing their work.

I have emailed and called at least 5 times with no response. Something must have happened to the company. I had used them for my annual gutter cleaning for the previous 8 years with no problems in the past.

JLM is always responsive and does a great job cleaning out the gutters. Their prices are reasonable and they are extremely accommodating. I have used them several times!

Called for quote on a Thursday and made an appointment with Kim for upcoming Monday. They never showed. I called and left messages Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Calls were never returned. They shouldn't make appointments they can't, or have no intention, of keeping :((

It did not go well and I did not use them for service although I wanted to. I reached out to them on the weekend and received a response on wednesday the following week, after I had received a higher quote from another company. The quote provided was a great deal and although I agreed to it and requested scheduling, they kept "missing" the messages that I wanted it scheduled. After a few days of back and forth and no response I called them directly and got voicemail. I still have not received a callback about my inquiry. Today, before writing this review, I sent them another message stating please take this message as confirmation I will not be using your service and not to send anyone to my house to clean the gutters as I am seeking another company to provide the service. I would recommend them based on their prices but their lack of contact and response to me as a customer trying to give them money shows me they don't care too much about the business and gives me concerns about what kind of quality of service they would provide.

He did a great job and give some advice about things to be done in the figure.

They just wonderful. They are so quiet, quick, efficient and professional on what they do.

I looked at the A rating and not the reviews of this company. I called to have my gutters cleaned and got an immediate response and a quote for $165. For this price debris was to be removed and all gutters and downspouts were to be cleaned. They were to come out yesterday (10/2) and I was to receive a call the night before for confirmation. I did not receive a call and called them but no response. I had a few neighbors look out for them in case I missed them. Well they arrived on 10/2 at 11:46 and while one man put a ladder against my home and climbed up to the roof the other put a bill in my mailbox. The one on the roof walked the entire length of my home - but removed nothing and did not clean the gutters or the downspouts. No one even went into the back yard of my home. Ladders were down and they left my property at 11:53 - they were there a total of 7 minutes!! My bill was for $165.00 for absolutely nothing but a walk on the roof - I hope they realize they are not getting paid and they are not welcome on my property again!! I have made two phone calls to Ann and sent an email - all phone prompts go back to her extension - no one has responded. Would not recommend this company - they have quite the scam going.

I called on June 29, 2018 and left a message regarding my need for basic gutter cleaning and repair. As of today, July 23, 2018, no one has ever bothered to call me back. I do not think this is a professional way to run a business and will not be contacting them again.

Had our gutters cleaned after all leaves had fallen (end on November). I wasn't home but trusted they did what they said they would and paid. This spring we had issues and had someone else go inspect them. Huge leaf clogs that had clearly been there a long time with stuff growing out, including on the side of the house with no trees. Looks like they did a minimal amount of work on the long run, but ignored the shorter sections. Quite disappointing.

No response to multiple calls and emails. Are they out of business?

Office staff was very professional and was happy to honor the Angie's List coupon. Scheduling was quick and easy. Cleaning team showed up on early end of time frame and were very neat and efficient. I never dealt with them personally.

After some scheduling problems, all went well.

Very well, when the weather finally warmed up enough in February. I asked for the service in late November, but winter came early. They were very responsive and informative about the delay.
