Description of Work: JLM came when they said, but neglected to clean 3 of the sides of the garage gutters. We called several times, but they never responded to a message.We paid and included a note but they still never responded.

Description of Work: No one showed up to do the gutters on Sat. Nov. 15. I left a message that afternoon asking that they call me. On Monday they called and said I had misunderstood so I rescheduled for Tues. Nov. 18 and again no one showed up. The time slot for someone to come was 1-4pm. They called around 4:30 and said that the weather is too cold to clean gutters and they asked, "what day could I reschedule?" I did NOT!!!

Hi (removed member name), I apologize for the confusion as we only had you scheduled for the 18th and not the 15th. I believe the date may have been offered along with the 18th at the time of booking but we had noted that you had picked the 18th. Although our crew members do work the weekends during the months of November and December, the office staff does not. The gutters were frozen the morning of the 18th and unfortunately the crews were not able to complete their schedules and I wholeheartedly agree that they should have notified you that afternoon as the office staff does not find out until the following day. We are working on trying to improve the crews communication with our customers. Again, my apologizes for your inconvenience. Ann

Description of Work: We have a contract with JLM for gutter cleaning each spring and fall. They come do the work and send a bill for the contracted price. They charge me $220 to clean gutters on my house and our barn. The men who do the work are very nice.

Description of Work: I used them to repair my gutters and also clean them. This past fall they did not come to clean out my gutters until late December. By that time our gutters were filled with leaves and snow. Later on in the winter or early spring they informed us some of our gutters were damaged and need replacing. My belief is that the damage was because they failed to clean put our gutters at the appropriate time.
