Description of Work: We emailed re gutter cleaning, asking them to come out (as everyone else does) and give an estimate based on looking at our house. I got an email stating that they would charge $195 for a gutter cleaning based on our area (we live in Chestnut Hill). They didn't even look at our house!!! Last year we got them done by another company for $150 so we're going back to them. (I just thought I would try a company with a coupon). I'm amazed that they would hike up the rates based on zip code!

Description of Work: They came just as I was leaving and were gone when I returned about 45 minutes later. They did a good job of cleaning the gutters, I assume, since I can't see them. My only complaint was that they blew dirt on my patio furniture and did not clean that. The rest of the rubbish was cleaned so they might not have realized that it had reached the furniture.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on our two story colonial. The first date was missed due to a snow storm, and they slotted us into the schedule as soon as the weather cleared enough to perform the work. Did a good job and I'd use them again.

Description of Work: The guys showed up when they said they would, cleaned the gutters with no fuss, and we decided to go on to a semi-annual service plan. The next big rainstorm there was the comforting sound of the rain going down the gutter pipes instead of the edge of the roof, and I'm convinced that having this done had a lot to do with the fact that we didn't NOT have ice dams over this miserable winter. Such a relief!
