JLM Gutter Cleaning Service

This was a tough winter scheduling wise because during the time frame when this would usually happen there was a deep freeze making cleaning impossible. There was quite a bit of backup, but they did politely keep me posted by email updates, and when they did get here they were courteous, thorough and cleaned up. There rates are great. Much cheaper than the competition.

Scheduling was very easy, and JLM came out and took care of business. Weather dictated a reschedule, but they took care of it all. They did great work

The first time they came out they cleaned the gutters and left us a bill, it seemed to go fine. I tried to have them come out again this past fall and I asked several times and they kept pushing the date back. Now were are in December everytings is frozen and it is too late to clean the gutters. I am very disappointed in them.

They were prompt, friendly and courteous. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned. The office staff person with whom I worked to schedule the service was polite and very responsive to any concerns I had.

We wanted to schedule it for as late as possible in the fall and they were very accommodating. The only slight hitch was that they did not come on the original date for which we were scheduled. I called the following morning and left a message, and they came later that day; I'm not sure whether my call had any effect or whether they would have come anyway. It would have been better if they had told me they couldn't make it on the original date, but in the end the work got done and there was no problem.

They arrived on time and were polite, professional, competent.

When they were cleaning the gutters, I asked for them to look at the gutters for repairs needed. When they came to do repairs, they basically put some wire around a downspout (and after forgetting a second downspout, came back and attached it). It took about 5 minutes. Meanwhile they didn't repair the main issue, which is a leak in a corner gutter.

I couldn't ever get in touch with them to schedule. So I got my money refunded by Group on.

Quick response from the online contact form. Within a few days, they had me on their schedule to have my gutters cleaned during the busy fall season, but also provided me additional dates in case of weather issues/scheduling conflict. The ease of scheduling, flexibility and prompt service were key for me.

The guys are great, the work we could see was very well done. If we wanted to go up a ladder to check the sealing, we wouldn't have hired them to do it and would have done it ourselves. The reason for the B on pricing reflects ONLY our lack of knowledge as to what other companies might charge. We didn't get any estimates because of our happy history with JLM.

I was pleased that they pointed out the damage as we are preparing to sell our home. They came and fixed they damage. They were friendly and efficient.

Good. Gutters don't overflow anymore. They ended up coming a few days later than originally scheduled. The crew left a few cigarette butts by the house.

Left a message with our address and received a call back a few days later with the price and available date. The crew showed up on time, did a thorough job, and the price was very reasonable for a large house. I loved that we didn't need a separate appointment for the estimate - made it very easy.

I live in NJ and was looking for a company to clean my 85 year old father's gutters in Abington. I emailed them to ask if I could buy a gift certificate to give to my father and Ann told me that they don't have gift certificates but that she would prepare something for me to use as a gift certificate. A couple of weeks passed without receiving anything from Ann so I got back in touch with her. She told me that she'd have something for me next week. Next week came and went and now Ann was not even replying to my emails. I totally lost contact with her. Very disappointed. Common courtesy is a thing of the past.

Fine! don't have much to report about it

When I called, they set an appointment. They came when they said they'd come. They did the work and they came on time.

Excellent, they're a lower cost gutter cleaner I found in the area. They showed up on time when they said they would, you don't have to be home for them to do the work. They cleaned the gutters, they didn't leave a mess on the ground, it was cleaned up.

They lied about what they did and never completed the job.

It was OK. There was a problem with communication at the beginning. I don't know what on the roof looks like but the drain seems to be working fine. They weren't able to come the first time but they came the second time around. They showed up on time and the work was done quickly.

One week has passed and I have had no response. I will not be contacting this company again.
