JLM Gutter Cleaning Service

I originally leveraged an Angie's deal to have my house gutters cleaned. That price was great and the service JLM provided was excellent. They were so nice, effective, and fairly priced, that I've had JLM back to do my gutters again...and they'll do them again this year...and next year.

Got back to me quickly, showed up and boom boom boom were done. Took all the debris with them. And we're half the price of a quote we got from a company based out of newburyport. Also, they took the time to give me some advice about getting the gutter runoff away from my foundation. I will be signing up for their twice yearly contract for sure.

I was not home when they did the service but gutters were cleaned and nothing was left for me to clean. Service from office was excellent.

Great! They show up on time, get the job done - they could be a bit better about cleaning up the debris from the gutters, but it all depends on your personality what you consider reasonable.

I have used JLM for the last 5 years. They are responsive, usually quick (delayed a bit this year because the torrential rains had understandably increased their workload), and get the job done with no drama or mishaps. Totally satisfied.

Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time, did the work as promised, and cleaned up after themselves. Completely satisfied.

I have used this company before and will again. They are very responsive, do their work and I am often not home. My neighbors have reported that they are professional. They clean up after themselves and in the past have returned when I questioned a break in the gutter seam.

I called and left a message. They called back very quickly and gave me a quote. It was competitive and I accepted it and we set a date. They came and I now have gutters that no longer overflow. Simple, fast, and easy. Exactly as it should be.

They were very prompt and reliable. They did a nice job cleaning the gutters to the house but did not clean the ones attached to the garage. In their defense I did not specify the garage I just assumed it was part of the house.

They showed up a day early and without any attempt to notify me in advance. They cleaned the gutters but did a lousy job of cleaning up afterwards.

The crew arrived early on the scheduled day. They were professional and pleasant. They used blowers/brushes to do the cleaning. They were on the roof even as the introductions were made. The entire job went quickly. They provided me with a bill that matched their original quote for cleaning. They also informed me that the gutters needed resealing (something I suspected based on age and dripping water at many seams). They said the office would contact me with a quote for that work.

Called back promptly and scheduled appointment. They came and were gone in a little under 30 minutes, everything sees in order.

Went well. Quality of the work was good. They were punctual and prompt.

The job went fine. It was done as expected. No problems.

I bought an Angie's List "Big Deal" for gutter cleaning. JLM Gutter Cleaning came and cleaned the gutters.

They made a time and showed up when they said they would. They quickly and methodically cleared the gutters in a way that made me nervous just watching them. Better them than I.

I think I arranged for this through an Angie's List Big Deal. I made the appointment and I guess they came while I was at work. The gutters are too high for me to access and there are no windows that look out on them, so I'm assuming they cleaned them out. I didn't notice the gutters overflowing, but then they didn't before, either. It would have been nice if they had left a little note saying they had been to the house and performed the work.
