"Hanh of Mass Pro Solutions responded quickly to my call and arrived the following day to tackle the project. He and his partner removed 3-inches of water from my basement, took out the faulty sump pump and installed a new one, and updated the outlet to GFCI. They put fans and a humidifier in my basement, gave me instructions to rotate them, and left them with me through the next day. The basement was clear of water when they left, and the new sump pump worked perfectly through the next storm. I appreciated how efficiently the work was done, and the information that Hanh gave me along the way so I could understand the process. Hanh even gave me recommendations for next steps.
