Hired Scott and Adam for a closet build. Closet came out great but due to some scheduling conflicts took 2x longer than projected. The guys were very thorough and responsive though, and we had to change the design after initial framing but they worked with me. Wasn't the lowest priced contractor but I thought it was good value for the $$.

Scott was very prompt and the project (mainly some built in shelves) ended up looking even better than expected. I would certainly recommend Coen Construction to anyone needing carpentry and such work done at their home.

Nice, efficient removal of chimney through the middle of the house. Scott kept me informed of progress when I called and left a clean basement when he finished. He also addressed issues that I had in a swift manner. I would definitely recommend Coen Construction.

Scott installed some cellular shades (and got them for us at a great price). That went well. The larger shade seemed to be damaged in some way but Scott came right out and replaced. It was more of a manufacturing issue but again, we are all set with the replacement. Scott also did some work in the bathroom with some bead board. I was happy with the results except I didn't like the border of glue at the bottom. All in all Scott was a great find for the shades and his customer service is excellent!

The job we hired Scott Coen for was a timely project. My son was moving back into the "basement " with his new wife. From the before and after pictures you can see that we now have a beautiful studio apartment. The job was also done in a timely maner...two weeks +/- a few days. We have not had any sow yet this season for Scott to remove. However, he was very courteous and professional to work with when he came to my house to set-up his service.

Scott called me within minutes and said he'd be there in an hour. He arrived in 1 14 hours and identified the problem with my door within minutes and fixed the frame within minutes. He was pleasant and courteous.
