Description of Work: They installed a Unico high velocity a/c system. When I called, they promptly sent a rep, Steve Markussen, to check out my space, answer questions and work up a price, $13,000 plus $1,000 for the electrician, who billed separately. The price was in the mid-range of proposals I received and the best combo of price and reputation for quality, based on AL reports and the many references supplied by the company. The two technicians were pleasant and professional. They worked for 3 days and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. Steve came by each day to check. Because the installation was done in Nov., I can't testify as to the results, but my contract states the warranty begins in spring, when they will come back to check the system. (Evidently fall is the best time of year for ac installation because the installers aren't too busy, it's not too hot to work in an attic, the weather is better for installing the outdoor components and you can negotiate a better price.)
