Description of Work: They did the standard cleaning that was purchased through the big deal. Afterwards, they gave quote on some recommended services to my boiler. Which I elected to do one of. Was not pressured at all. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They were supposed to give my heating system a tune-up, but did nothing as they claimed it was too old/fagile. Professionalism lacking hence the overall mediocre grade.

Dear Angie`s List Customer: I am sorry you did not receive the service you expected to have on your heating system. Our technicians our trained not to work on any systems that are old and need to be replaced because if we try to repair a system which we know is not repairable and then we leave it will put us in a bad position. Ultimately the system will stop working again shortly after our visit. Working on a very old system can also put our technicians in an unsafe environment. It is our due diligence to do what is best for the customer as well as the heating system and in your case the heating system would have not worked for very long no matter what our technician did to it. I am glad we were able to get a project manager out to your home shortly after our technicians visit to provide you with a price for replacement to avoid any emergency situations during the cold winter months we had. Description of Work: Sila contacted me promptly after purchasing the Big Deal to schedule an appointment. They then arrived on-time and completed the service in a timely fashion. The tech took his time to review what he did and let me know that my furnace was performing well.

Description of Work: Did very little original contracted work for $89 which is to check the unit but did upsell a critical requirement for the drainage of the HVAC for $250. Market charges for the same at $125 only complaint. But otherwise very good
