Description of Work: Toilets weren't flushing correctly. We had to have them come back twice to remedy the issue. To their credit there was no charge for the second visit. They also cleaned out the a/c unit and that went great. They also gave us a quote for cleaning out the furnace which seemed high but we haven't compared it to another quote yet I could be speaking out of turn. Both of the service people that came out were very informative and professional.

Description of Work: I bought a Angies List deal for this work & was mostly pleased. The service was provided as advertised & was of A quality- completely met expectations. But... I had an "add-on" to replace a humidifier filter that was quite expensive ($90) so I'm not sure what a normal service would actually cost. I'd have to consider my options carefully before having them back without a special deal. To be clear, it was completely my choice to replace the filter and there was no pressure from the technician to do so. All in all, I was pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my "Freedom" gas boiler. They came to my house within few days. Service tech (Brian) & his assistant were very pleasant. They assessed the problems, fixed one problem and had to order parts for the other problem. Parts came in within a week & they came back to finish the repairs. I liked this company (Sila Heating) because they have 24 hr emergency service. I also purchased a service contract for 1 year so they can maintain my boiler system. I was very pleased with the service I received.
