Description of Work: i purchased the coupon for a Water heater flush & a toilet tuneup for $59 from Angie's list. They were great! They were polite and very efficient. When they were done, they made suggestions for improvements, but I thought they were very expensive and I didn't feel the need to purchase anything else at that time.

Description of Work: The provider who did the work was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he did. My only issue was he advised me to get approximately 2,000 dollars of work done on my furnace. I could see what he was saying however I felt somewhat pressured to purchase the work right then. The furnace works very well and I guess i questioned his advice because last year a provider from Angies list cleaned the furnace also and he never advised replacing parts. Aside from that Sila did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Sila first sent a technician to determine whether the replacement gas furnace would actually be appropriate for my particular installation. As it turned out, the building code would have required external ventilation. Since the cost of the ventilation fan and ducting would have brought the total equal to the cost of a more efficient furnace, I opted for the more efficient furnace. |On the day of the installation, two installers arrived on time. They did a great job, finishing on time, removing the old furnace, and leaving the furnace room spotless. |A few days afterward, I found a puddle of water on the floor of the furnace room. Sila sent a technician at no charge who stayed late, testing to make sure that the water didn't come from the newly-installed furnace. I'm very happy with the new furnace, Sila's personnel and the job they did. (The water on the floor? It's still a mystery, but the furnace wasn't the cause.)

Description of Work: It was a furnace inspection and cleaning. Very courteous and professional. Would definintely use them again.

Description of Work: They came to do a maintenance check and corrections on my steam-by-gas boiler. |Their man immediately found that the boiler was leaking water into the gas flames in two places. Inspection was stopped since a new boiler must be installed. They quoted on the replacement boiler and installation very competently. But their price was undercut substantially by another Co.

They came right out, assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, and an approximation of when they'd be back to fix it (depending on when the parts arrived). As soon as the parts were in, they made another appointment and came right on time to fix the problem. They were in and out and my furnace has been running fine. I was very satisfied with Sila.

Description of Work: I had many project related questions, and spoke with several SILA Heating staff members. The company representatives were courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. They were attentive to my needs. For example, the project manager called to inform me of a cancellation. Therefore, I was able to reschedule and complete my project ahead of schedule. My family and I are thrilled to have a new heating system, and a warm house!
