Description of Work: Sila installed a large heat ultra low temp heat pump and two wall hung dual purpose units. The job went well. The workers were neat and efficient and finished the job quickly. The electrical service was installed later so we weren't able to test it out until later. It turned out the installers had made some leaky connections but the company sent someone out right away and spent the better part of a day fixing the problem. Now it works great. We're very happy.

Description of Work: Routine annual furnace maintenance. The job was supposed to include a test of combustion efficiency, but the technician claimed that the crawl space was too narrow for him to perform this test, which I don't understand, since the city's building inspector had previously assured me that the access was adequate for maintenance and consistent with the building code. However, considering the low price, I think I got a good value. The technician was neat and efficient and seemed knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They put in new air-conditioning system and compressor for my third floor. I am uncomfortable |with the pricing, and new contract/bill requesting maintenance coverage for $366.00. It's hard to pay such a high price, less than 10 months ago, and feel a need to get coverage for trouble! I |liked the professionalism of all the people I was in touch with. I would recommend them positively...just not sure about the follow up contract yet!

Description of Work: They were scheduled for a boiler cleaning and service. They did identify and crack in the tanks based on visual corrosion and went not further with the service. It was presented to me that the boiler could fail at any time and they would price a new boiler. The boiler price was approximately 3K over the eventual price I settled on.
