Description of Work: I paid for a water heater flush and service on a toilet. |The technician told us that if our water heater was over a certain age, flushing it might make things worse. He recommended not doing it. As far as the toilet, they only offer to change the flapper. I was hoping to have it snaked. |So no service was provided and no refund offered. |Pretty frustrating. Money down the drain and a waste of time. |I paid and got nothing done.

Description of Work: Installed new AC compressor, cooling coil, high velocity air handler. Professional and responsive. Cost was more than quotes from other vendors, but I have used Sila in past and have always been satisfied. Sila also extended the manufacturer warranty on the air handler from 1 to 5 yrs. Only complaint is that an independent electrician (arranged by Sila) was required to complete installation and was several hours late. Then another Sila technician had to come to start up the system. That technician could not complete the start up that day and had to come back again the next day to finish. With better coordination, the job could have been done in 1 day instead of 3.
